They’re very kind and knowledgeable. There are pets “for sale” but a lot of them are adoptions and I think that’s awesome that a pet store is part of the solution for unwanted pets needing a new home.

The employees are always very helpful and immediately ask if I need help as soon as I walk in and in general have what I need, I have a reptile so some of their supply is limited in that respect but for the most part of the basic needs are available
