Wildly unprofessional. A long-term customer was trying to do a simple wire transfer and they were berating him about how he was being scammed by reputable companies that were clearly established, causing his services to get delayed and insulting him at the same time. I had to call another location for him and bring him on as he was an elderly gentleman and they did a great job taking care of him.

Mike helped us as soon as we walked in the door. We didn’t wait more than 20 seconds. He gave us his full attention and not only helped us do what we needed, but he also gave us the best advice on additional strategies to avoid fees. Very pleasant guy to talk to and you can tell he cares about you as a customer. Highly recommend

They are IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with anyone over the phone!! It just rings and rings, regardless of the time of day that you call. I opened an account with them and while waiting for my direct deposit to process, I deposited a check for $1500 so I wouldn’t get charged a fee. Well, they put a hold on that check for weeks, then over a week after it finally gets released they charge me an $8 monthly fee because I don’t have a minimum balance of $1500!!! Luckily something went wrong with my direct deposit getting changed over to them because I will be looking for a different local bank!!

I like the Navvare Branch but not their ATM. I do a lot of online and ATM banking as I run a construction business and cant always get there during business hours.The ATM is always down. There needs to be someone in the branch that monitors their ATM machine.Would like to give 5 stars but not until the get the ATM problem fixed.

I was a wells fargo customer for years. Their customer service consistently had gotten worse. I dreaded changing all of my accounts and direct deposits etc. i finally made the move. Regions is exactly what I was looking for. I walked in and got exactly the customer service I expect. Mike Lewis was excellent. I highly recommend transferring from wells fargo if customer service is important to you.

If you aren’t banking at @Regions Bank and interacting with Mike Lewis you are missing out! The man is brilliant and a delight!I just left the Navarre branch after needing to make some adjustments to my personal and business accounts and am always BLOWN AWAY by Mike’s customer service! He is kind, knowledgeable, and quick! He always informs me of great options but is never pushy. I watch him interact with customers as they come and go and he genuinely cares about each person. He is a true gem in our community!If you’re looking for exceptional customer service go see him and tell him you saw my post! We are new customers and have never had a banking experience like this.

Took a cash secured, auto pay loan out with them. It's only 3 months old and they screw my payment up EVERY month. I've tried to pay extra on principle to get it paid off sooner and I guess their system can't handle that. This month, I got a late fee. And I'm on AUTO PAY. Tell me how that's possible. And NO ONE has the authority to remove it. They all say, they will submit a ticket. As soon as it's removed, I'm having the hold taken off my savings account and paying this loan off (which I'm sure will be another battle) and NEVER doing loan business with them again. They are at best, a check cashing bank. Anything more is above their ability. Too sad!! THAT'S GREAT ANA, YOU GIVE ME A DOT COM ADDRESS TO AIR MY GRIEVANCE IN YOUR RESPONSE, BUT ITS A DYSFUNCTIONAL SIGHT. JUST MORE EXAMPLE OF YOUR SORRY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!

I made a deposit from the car at the bank window, 300 dollars disappeared, I complained to them for it and the bank decided to cancel my account with them. It is not the first time that this has happened to me in that bank, the first time it was 50 dollars, I did not give it any importance ..be very careful please make your deposits in cash inside the bank that office is not safe

I had just opened an account. I waited for debit card to come and found out it didn’t work. I spent weeks trying to get it fixed. I went to other branches and called the 1-800 to basically get the run-around. It wasn’t till I came to this branch that a wonderful young woman named Charlene took the time to help me. She knew what she was doing and now I finally have access to my accounts.

All debit cards have been down for 3+ days and nobody has called once to let me in on why or will even respond to my calls about it. I can’t buy groceries and nobody’s helping, everyone Ik who has cards from here, have had there cards just randomly all stop working same time and day with no explanation or answers. We still can’t even use these cards. Got into bad situations because my card declined when I truly needed it to work more than anything and it wouldn’t even work at the atm either. Just seems so wrong

Quick ATM stop and this branch is very impressive outside. Landscaping is done amazingly well and the architecture matches the "modern" style of the entire block.
