I use this store frequently for my small business printing needs. Today, I went to pick up some flyers that I printed online. Dominique, the print guru, not only printed them but cut them and packaged them so nicely. What a treat! Thank you for going above and beyond!

I frequently use this store to ship and return packages and have been greeted with a smile and have been taken care of in less than two minutes each time. Dominique recently helped me with a complicated print job and he did a phenomenal job in helping me out. He offered me the options available and expertly printed my posters and printouts quickly and professionally. I was in and out in no time and have a remarkable product that I am proud to display in preparation for our event. Thank you Dominique!

Went there to print one label since I was actually trying to do something good for the planet (ship my old clothes for recycling and remaking it into new clothes for low income people). The label was for USPS and even though other locations accept those but this location said they won’t since they don’t have enough storage space.I used their computer to print the label and it literally took me 2min.I got my label and went to pay. And I see it’s $3.75 or something and I thought it was a mistake. The lady Sharon who was previously not very nice already answering our question says - it’s $3.20 (or so) for using the computer. I said ok is there a way to print without using a computer? She goes no.Okay… so you are charging me almost $4 for 2min of computer usage and 1 sheet of paper and not even feeling bad about it. Horrible experience. I understand there are set prices for everything but come on… from the human perspective it’s just so ugly.

Just got to Milton, FL instead. I avoid this store as much as possible due to lying employees and the bad attitude. I went there one day to get a notary and an older guy helped me out with it and filled out what needed to be filled out. He made a mistake and scratched something out as I was calling the numbers to him to write. I spent $10 for that notary and paid to send the document out just for them to tell my sister/niece that they can’t take it and it’ll have to be sent back to me due to that mistake he made. $30 wasted smh. I called and I was upset but I was still calm and let the guy know he made a mistake on the document but he lied about it instead and the bad part about it is he remembered me. That upset me the most. These people too old to be lying to a customer who asked for help. Plus I had proof I did not write it. The manager came on the phone and she was also nasty as much as he was. I hope they get better staff! Until then I’m not going to this UPS Store. Milton’s are warm/welcoming and apologetic if they make a mistake they will correct it. Be prepared to yell at this one.

I needed several important documents faxed and used the UPS Store in Navarre, FL. The fax was sent and received a confirmation page that it was sent. Paid $22 for the service. Within a hour I received a call from the recipient that the fax pages were distorted and unreadable. Went back to the store and was told they don't issue refunds if there was a confirmation of the fax. I'm not going to use this store again..

I've visited this store several times, and each time I'm always greeted with a pleasant attitude from Ms. Winniy. She's always upbeat and carries a positive attitude with professionalism.

Just save yourself the attitude and go to the Gulf Breeze or FWB location. This store is the worst when it comes to customer service. I brought in an Amazon order to return. Not that hard but you would have thought it was out of their job description.

I frequent the Navarre UPS store at least twice weekly. I am frequently assisted by an employee named "Winnie". On each and every occasion the service she has provided me can only be described as SUPERB. A real valued employee.

This UPS store does not receive plenty of packages with the excuse that they are not in a proper box so that they can repackage it and charge you over 35$ fee.Once, I brought a box that was stronger than what they provided, and they told me they were going to repackage it; I accepted because I didn't know they were going to charge me 35+ dollars. Fool me once; shame on me.The second time I ensured that the box was 100% good for shipping, I even sent in a few other UPS stores and asked about this being an actual issue, and they all said it wasn't. But the UPS store in Navarre still tries to charge me 35+$ for repackaging, or they won't accept it. What a shame on them.

Winnie is an outstanding customer service representative. She was so helpful with sending out a very important document that needed to be faxed. Every time we go I go into the Navarre UPS store, Winnie is there with a smile on her face and ready to help anyone anytime. ☺️

I visit this store when I have returns to Amazon. The staff as a whole is friendly and patient. Today, 18 Apr 23, Winnie was extra patient with my returns and helped me figure out the exact return order for my packages. She always has a big smile on her face and projects positive energy. I know that's very important in customer service work because I did it for over 36 years in the military and civil service. She has been excellent every time I have encountered her. Job well done!
