Horrible experience a cashier by the name of Jen should be ashamed of herself by harassing my 62 year old mother about filling her own cup up with ice! Then charging her over 3.00 for ice! On thanksgiving!! That women should be fired! We came all the way from Tampa bay and crossed several Tom thumbs! All of the employees at every single one on the way here were very polite except this one! She should be ashamed of herself!

This Tom Thumb location in Navarre charges more for cigarettes than the other two Tom Thumb’s on Hwy 98. The district manager said his name was only Bob, and he has no superior. Watch out for this one.

This is by far my favorite gas station to go to, despite another Tom Thumb being closer to my house, I still prefer this one. Why?? It kinda feels like going over to a friends house, when you walk in and feel comfortable, you feel welcome and at ease. Out of hundreds of visits, I've never had a single bad one. I call this one the Laredo Tom Thumb, and it will be my go-to store as long as possible.
