This is the worst experience of all time. Lied to by multiple employee's including manager about 'free upgrades' Received bill for 2 'free upgrades'. The Russell customer support wont even return calls. I will never refer people to this company and Verizon should step in to have them accountable for the deceptive practices.

Lucifer was so good at what he does. So helpful and I received more information about my account and more than anyone else has given me. I used to go to Verizon in gulf breeze tiger point but the older man baldish was so rude and never given any help to us. Peter was in Navarre as well and very nice and helpful as well. I drive out of my way to use this store. Since the first time I visited this store, I have never had a bad experience with store manager (I cannot remember his name) & Luie (sales). They go out of their way for me & earned my loyalty.

I came in with a charger not working on a newish phone and Ms. Stormy helped me fix it in no time. I called before and she was very nice and helpful and I greatly appreciated that. I have previously gone to the Pace store but from now on this is my Verizon store. Thanks!

Conner has helped me out so much, I was there a few months ago, getting a screen protector replaced, and he was by far one of the nicest associates I have ever met, and then I heard he was the store manager, and I was freaking amazed with his customer service skills, yall need to hire more people like him
