This is the greatest Walgreens in the world! They have the nicest and most professional pharmacy! Very knowledgeable and courteous! I wish they were all this way!

I don't know what is happening to the Walgreens Pharmacy in Navarre! It has been getting worse with filling prescriptions. lines are long at the pickup. When ordering prescriptions online it takes forever also! I was in the hospital and nurses couldn't even get through to call in an order when I was being released. The phone would ring and hang up. The nurse had to call into CVS to get it done. Very very disappointin!!! Navarre local resident

I went to Walgreens yesterday to get a prescription, the technician told me an hour. I signed up for the text messages to let me know my prescription was ready. Nothing. I text my status, I get pharmacy is reviewing every time. I call and hold for a long time, someone finally picks up and they hang up on me. I call the main store and ask for the manager, I once again get put on hold and they eventually disconnect (hangup) why is it so hard to talk to someone, why is so hard to get a prescription. I will never step foot in that store again! HORRIBLE! Whoever manages that store and the pharmacy needs to go back and learn CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Picking up a prescription from Walgreens used to be pleasant and fast. Now, not so much. In fact, it's awful. Called in a prescription on Thursday at 1.00 pm. Not ready at 11 the next morning as the automated system said it would be. Called Saturday, not ready. Called Sunday, not ready. Called Monday, not ready. Same Tuesday , Wednesday and Thursday. MAYBE FRIDAY !!!

I hate Walgreens & I hate Tricare forces us to use them. I came on a Friday after 2 hours, and my prescription wasn't ready, and I never got a text to pick it up. So Saturday morning, I came back, and they hadn't even started the damn prescription!!! Then you have the pharm tech complaining about all the military personnel switching, like, ma'am; we don't won't be here either. But how about less bitching and worry more about getting these prescriptions filled! Then I'm informed they're on "back order" for Zyrtec and now instead of getting it free because my insurance covered it I have to pay out of pocket because they didn't fill it when they were supposed to. I wish I could have stayed with RX Express because Walgreens is TRASH! The pharmacist is slow, the techs are rude and they need to get another person to help fill, especially knowing there will be an influx of military personnel switching pharmacies. 0 stars Walgreens 0 damn stars.

So disappointed in Walgreens customer service now two days in a row. They are overwhelmed with the vaccinations and prescriptions and need to look in to having two pharmacists during this time of year especially. Sickness everywhere. Today we got texted that script was ready. Four hours later I go to pick it up. NOT READY and they don't want to fill it this evening. I said no sorry need it it's tamiflu. Yep need to start that right away when diagnosed. Then they threw it in the bin and let me sit there thirty more minutes. No excuse. The tech cried under staffed people on vacation. That is not what you tell customers. I felt horrible for those turned away because they said no more people could wait for meds. It was 615pm

I was on vacation an forgot my medication so I had to have the prescription transferred from another state so I went there at 3 o'clock. Which I thought would be plenty of time. They waited to call my pharmacy till after closing to have it transferred. So I came back the next day, they had no idea what happened to the paper work I filled out from the previous day an I had to do it all over again an it still took thirty minutes. I would not recommend this to anyone that depends on life saving medication for sure.

This pharmacy chain is the most inept, malfunctioning and poorly run pharmacy I have ever encountered! They don't check your med profile, they don't contact you when your meds are returned to shelf, they lie about receiving you prescriptions from your doctor, they don't refill meds in a timely manner and the pharmacists are NOT approachable! They even gave me the wrong prescription once, many years ago. I'm done, never to return!!!! And I don't like the idea of this site making a person give a rating, when the business isn't entitled to one

Absolutely horrible. Always 5+ cars waiting in the prescription drive through, and only slightly better if you go in. If you are picking up prescriptions EVEN if you've been told they are "ready" be prepared for about an hour long ordeal.

This Walgreens is the most inefficient business in Florida. The are so grossly understaffed in the pharmacy department (which probably carries the revenue for the whole store). I have to come here twice a month for my mother's pills. It literally is an all day event. They always claim first there is an insurance problem (which there never is) but you have to call to get them to push it back they, they don't do it on their own. The call is terrible. You hold for ever then they pick up and hang up. So you go in. Then they say come back in an hour. Then you comeback several hours because you've learned 1 hour is not enough. And they tell you they only have one if the 3 ready. So you tell them you need them all. You sit in drive thru line for 30-45 minutes. Then they tell you this. Meanwhile you hear phone ringing the entire time. 6 people working. I can not image how hard it is for an elderly person. What a joke. I'd fire everyone of them and start over.

Store associates are almost always helpful and friendly - good deals on sale and clearance items (make sure they ring up right ). Great selection of gift cards too .

I just get tired of the poor customer service. I don’t except everyone to love there job, but is it that hard to put a smile on your face and be commutative...? This does not go for the pharmacy or cosmetics, but almost every time (which is often) that I have to utilize the rest of the store...
