After dealing with the pharmacist, Tanequa, messing up my scripts ,continuously, their Operations Manager, Cole transfered me to another Walgreens without any explanation. Don't use this pharmacy for Anything!!! They can't get the simplest script right without crazy problems!!

This is a great Pharmacy for Navarre. They are constantly busy taking and filling orders. Cut them some slack. Its not a fast food joint.

During my vacation stay I needed a medication refilled so I transferred it from my local Walgreens to this location. They accepted the transfer and said that it would be ready the same day in the evening. I showed up the next day to give them EXTRA time to fill the medication. I take this medication once a day, so when the next day came around I was out of this medication. I went to this location to pick-up my prescription because SURELY thought it would be ready by then. Lo and Behold, the medication was not ready, I was told IN PERSON that the medication would be ready later that evening. Come to find out, another day passed, I went without my medication (dangerously) and they never filled my medication. I am now leaving the area back to Texas so I just re-transferred it back to my original location. What a waste of time, gas, brain power and vacation time just to suffer from side effects anyways. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO FILL A PRESCRIPTION THAT YOU CANNOT GO WITHOUT. FILL IT ELSEWHERE.

Great customer service by Judith and Bill. Both kind and attentive. Had a bad experience on CVS (went there bc it was a lil bit closer to my home) not anymore.

The pharmacy is so unprofessional and cold! You get a notice your meds are ready, go to the pharmacy, stand in line, and IF your prescription IS ACTUALLY ready they hand it to you and don't even ask if you need consultation. If it weren't for our insurance insisting on using Walgreens we would go elsewhere.

Arrived at this Walgreens approximately 45 minutes after prescription was called in by Doctor. Staff member said we just received it and it will be a couple minutes. After sitting for 35 minutes, I stepped up to the counter and the Pharmacist asked me what did I need? I said I’d like to know when my prescription will be ready? He took my name and birthdate and said I don’t see anything in work for you. That’s when I told them they could keep it and walked out. After I arrived home 20 minutes later, I received a text saying they just received an order for me..This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues here. I called the doctor back and had him call my prescription in to another pharmacy.

Do not use this pharmacy. You call ur meds in and they say it will be ready this day and time. But they won't be and get told this day and time. Then on top getting prescriptions sent in and pick them up and they only give u one and say tomorrow the rest will be done. Come back and gives one more and says next time u come. Come back and they say they don't have it Come back next week. We changed our pharmacy and will no longer have anything to do with this walgreens and their incompetency of doing their job. They keep risking my boyfriends like by not giving him his epilepsy meds and more and it has gone on for far to many months.

Walgreens at the Navarre location has been great for me. I've used them for 3 years and consistently get great service. I use their pharmacy drive thru and the web app frequently to request my prescriptions. I have also used the app to do some online shopping and pick up which is a great service too when I'm short on time. I've also done in-store shopping, and the cashier are quick, attentive, and friendly. If i had any questions or issues with my prescription, I typically go inside to address that and always leave satisfied with an explanation or resolution. Most of the time, the line is short, but sometimes a customer is slow to comprehend so they have to take a little extra time... that's understandable. The drive-thru service has been slow at times in the past, but has improved greatly within the last year or so. I think they are simply better staffed now. I have not experienced lines and my turn at the window is very quick. Great service all around!!❤️

The pharmacist AND store manager need to be fired! The pharmacist for refusing a child life saving medicine because someone said a cuss word (not even directed at them) and the store manager for appearing as if she was helping the customers, then turning around and never calling them once the prescription was ready as she said she would and for going and looking up this Father's place of business, calling them and telling them they need to for him. She also threatened to go picket outside of his work if they did not fire him. Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting behavior!!

Refusing a child seizure medication out of spite is an all time low. Pharmacist should lose his license! Pathetic!
