Is 9 pm too late for fresh food?

We are a local business in town. We do safety meetings Monday mornings and try to spread out business around. Today will be the final time we buy from whataburger. We call in the night before and order 40 sausage biscuits. We tell them be ready by 630. 3 times now the “night shift didn’t tell the day shift” I know there is a night shift manager so why aren’t they doing there jobs?

Service was very new the counter, and she showed her inexperience. The kitchen was extremely slow, and it took over 30 minutes to get our to go order!

I'm very familiar with Whataburger and the food and service that comes from eating at a Whataburger. I have to say tonight was no different than any other night I eat at whataburger in Texas, but it was also very different in the same aspect. The food was delicious and tasty as it is expected and always should be, but I met one of the workers tonight, Donald was so exceptional at his job and made everyone not only feel special but he was so attentive to every last detail. I watched him go above and beyond at every aspect of his scope of duties. I hope his hard work and great personality doesn't go unnoticed! Great worker and is literally what whataburger was built on, he enjoyed his job! I run a glass company in San Antonio, TX and Donald inspired me in the tiny amount of time I spent in your facility tonight. We should all aspire to do better and be better like Donald! Thank you!

This is honestly one of the crappiest meals we’ve ever received. The service was awful. I had no sauces in my bag and after waiting 30 minutes in line for our food it was cold and all made completely wrong and lazily. I had what looked like a multiple hours old burger patty put on the tiniest bun and I had ordered a #1 meal. There was no toppings on my burger and all of our fries were cold. You would think after being in line for so long that it would be taking them so long to create orders because it was all coming out fresh. Absolutely ridiculous. We have never had a good experience at this establishment and the management is absolutely unhelpful

The fries were pretty good, but the patty melt was so greasy I could hardly finish it. I had high hopes for this place.

Both burgers were missing cheese, which we paid for. The staff seemed frustrated for having to remake them and we received new sloppy burgers with WAY too much ketchup and mayonnaise that we had to open up and wipe off the excess.

I always go to the drive thru. The one here in Navarre has 2 lanes & a girl came out last pm & took my money & made change for me right then. The food is always hot; Prepared when you order!!!

Food and staff here with all WAB is normally great, with truth to be told, I can not recall ever hearing neg comments about this location.This evening however has proven to test my belief that this location has their stuff together.All was good... until it wasn't.I guess seeing inappropriate behavior.... and notifing management about the incident... leads to learning not to say anything at all... since it involved a manger.Good ridden will not be going back to WAB in Navarre.***Will see how corporate feels about incident.
