Met with Thomas the sales rep. Very rude obnoxious and condescending. He was angry because he did not have the latest iPhone in stock and we did not want to order from him. We asked him to call a local store to check inventory and he said he said he didn’t want to. Angry guy, works on sundays. Visit the store on other days if possible.

Arrived at store and was greeted by Thomas within one minute. Has he began to assist me he diagnosed my problem recommended changing phones and looked into my minutes and said I had an older plan that needed upgrading. This process saved me extra money by changing my plan and I walked out with a new phone. He answered some additional questions that I was very pleased with thank you AT&T for a fine Rep like Thomas.

I visited with an issue I wasn’t sure could be resolved, especially after Apple support was unable to help with data recovery. Kendale exceeded all expectations by successfully backing up my phone to iCloud and transferring all my data to a new device. What began as a frustrating and overwhelming experience quickly turned into a positive one thanks to his expertise, professionalism, and patience. He ensured I received the best available deals, walked me through each step of the process, and took the time to explain everything clearly. At no point did I feel like an inconvenience, despite the complexity and time involved. I don’t typically write reviews but my grandma (who doesn’t really know much about phones) went into this store and worked with Thomas. She has been going back and forth with this store to have her data transferred to her new phone. Not one person in that store helped her. Not one. The manager was not attentive. And they were completely disrespectful and dismissive towards her. If I could give this store 0 stars I would. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and helped, not dismissed and misled. I expected to hear better about AT&T, and I hope this matter is addressed so that others do not have the same frustrating experience. I could go on but this will do for now.

Thomas was extremely patient and helpful! Gwen was also very nice. I’ve never enjoyed sitting in a phone store, but this time was actually enjoyable. Best AT&T I’ve been to!

Gwen is amazing at her job she really takes the time to make sure she helps the customer with whatever they need and does it with a smile on her face. I know how difficult that can be, especially when the customer comes in and they are already upset with their other company, and it gets projected onto herself and she handles it being a sweet as can be and a smile on her face

I was in store and was getting great help ordering a new cell phone from Matthew.
While I was in the store being assisted by Matthew his phone was signed into an AT&T team call and the phone speaker was on. I have never in my professional career ever hard a manager abuse employees at that level. I’ve been in VP of sales role and sales roles for 20 years and I’m surprised all of the team members on the abusive call didn’t hang up and QUIT! Shame on you AT&T for employing an individual that lacks the proper people skills to manage a sales team without being abusive and using abusive and degrading language. Start requiring all managers to record all of their team calls.

Our rep Thomas at the Neptune Beach location was excellent. He answered all of our questions and spent sufficient time with us that we didn’t feel rushed. Great employee!

A very bad experience that has cost me several hundred dollars

If you think about opening a cellphone line or any other service with AT&T do not go to this store. The guy working there Thomas gave us wrong information about the plans and lied about “mandatory insurances” for our used phones. He estimated $130 for the first bill but it came to almost $500 and we do not have the option to back-out because of non-refundable fees. He failed to mention all the hidden fees associated with the plans and enrolled us to a lot of unnecessary add-ons. He even bragged that he has no sleep gaming the and still went to work and run the store on his own. We called to rectify the issue but he insisted we go back to the store the following day when he is in, when we went he is very rude and unapologetic and says he cannot and will not do anything to fix his mistakes and blames the “system” I mean why bother to make us physically go to the store if you will just say to us that you cannot do anything? If you want a stress free and transparent service go to the other branches and do not deal with the unprofessional guy Thomas at this store, he will take advantage of you. Stay away.
