This is mostly for your load advisor or whatever that position is called but Erin Kelly helped me with a completely unrelated situation involving fraud on my card. Helped me to the absolute fullest. Not only did she take me through the whole digital temp card/ new card info but she stuck with me through the fraudulent department call and literally just went over and beyond. She was very genuine and extremely knowledgeable.

I go in for a notary and the Manager comes and says " I'm sure you can understand that we don't have because ours is Sick". What if I don't understand.. As I didn't. So I asked her what exactly can you Guy's do here? Can't cancel a credit card, Can't get me a new credit card, No Notary. She told me to go across the bridge and they'll be able to help you. Real question is if nobody wants to work there... Why have a location there? Manager there is Rude and Nasty.

Never thought a bank would have the least amount of customer service as Bank of America these days!!! One teller no drive ups and not a friendly face in that bank!

BoA simply does not want to render any personal service any longer. They gave $100 million to BLM not long ago, but now seek to cut payroll. They just walled off all but one tiny teller station at Neptune Beach branch. Would not have believed if I had not seen. We will be pulling accounts starting with HELOC. Already started doing so. This being said, the branch manager is great, the tellers have been wonderful, and the Merrill Lynch guy (Tyler) is fantastic. Corporate just doesn't give a rat's rectum about customer service. They think they are driving folks to electronic banking. Wrong - they are driving folks to other banks. We are not talking nickel and dime customers. Too bad - will be ending a 50-year relationship that started with Barnett Bank. They just don't want my business. BoA should just tear down the facade and stick a pole in the ground - give your money, don't expect anything in return.

Just want to deposit 1,200 cash. You are scolded for not using the ATM, which is unreliable. REQUIRE you to partially complete deposit slip.Why do they bother having tellers?.Unfriendly, unhelpful, inconvenient.

Doesnt anyone answer the phone. I've been calling sine 3pm and kept reverting back to a main prompt and then they would call me back. Now it's almost 4pm and the bank will close. Still no call back Im frustrated and I'm home sick.

This branch is awful. Every time I come in they never resolve an issue. I just wanted a temporary card and the "account managers" make you wait almost 30 minutes and take other customers ahead of you, even if you were waiting longer, because it's easier. Worst customer service.

Just to be fair, this review is not about the branch it's about the Bank itself. I have been a member of this bank for way to long. They do absolutely NOTHING to show their gratitude to any of their customers. Now today I had to deposit a check, I went to the bank and deposited the check. To find out it's going to take over a WEEK for my funds to be released to me (over 8 business days). How in this day and age that it takes that long to find out if the money is there. Not only that, but they won't even release a partial funds to me. I'm done! Once my check clears I'm leaving this Bank. I rather give my money to a place that values a customer that has been loyal for over 10years of service. For the past year I've had other problems with them, but this is it. I'm done!

Took a check there three times on the third time the owner finally got everything written correctly everything was good on his end they tell me that they cannot cash that amount for a non account holder! After three times and an hour worth of my time standing in line watching them type on their computer and they tell me on the third time when she's about to cash the check that it's way over the amount I asked why the hell they wouldn't tell me the two other times!???

Can never get a hold of anyone to get answers or help. It's not the location it's Bank of America. When our house had severe water damage and we needed them to inspect after the repairs were completed we could never get anyone to answer the phone. We left messages and no one would call back. We went into the bank and they told us we had to call that number. After weeks passed, we turned today social media and finally after several attempts there we finally got thru to someone. Then we decided to refinance our home. We decided to give them first shot. I contacted them like 2 months ago and we still haven't heard back. We've moved on with a different bank but it's crazy to me that they can be ignoring big transactions like this... It makes me wonder what they do with small transactions!

TERRIBLE establishment. I am shocked that a place of business could be so unprofessional. Steer clear. Had the worst experience ever. The one on BAYMEADOWS is WAY better and worth the drive.
