When I spoke to the office, it’s like they knew exactly what I wanted. She was professional, to the point and full of knowledge. Equally pleased with the guys that showed up. They were very careful with my safe while taking it up three flights of stairs. Those guys deserve a medal!!!

Our movers were great!! Shoutout to Jason, JJ and Chris. As far as the customer service and customer experience it’s a one star! Dealt with Amanda from beginning to end. It was thoroughly explained that there’s a lot of big TVs, big & heavy furniture along with a lot more. It’s a 3 bedroom house with a 2 car garage full. Amanda assured that 2 men would be enough and the size truck she arranged. Sadly, on moving day when the movers came before they got started they said their truck wasn’t big enough and it would require 2 trips. 2 trips from GA to FL. Such an inconvenience. One of the movers called Amanda to advise of the situation. Amanda advised the movers could come back the next day same time. So we proceed with moving with this plan. At the end, when the truck is completely full, the movers updates Amanda to advise majority of our stuff is on the truck but have some that’s being left behind. She then changes up on the commitment to have the movers come the next day to saying we have to figure it out on our own and consider renting a trailer or uhal to get the remaining items. Really!?? The absolute worse answer and experience to be paying a company to move us. It took an 8hr day from start to finish. So unbelievably frustrating. At the end of moving to our new home. We spoke with Amanda again regarding this situation of our remaining items at the old home, looking for some type of compensation back if we have to get the rest of our own stuff and she advise she would see what could do and call us back in the morning. As of this day, she’s never called us back!!
Our dresser knob was broken off even though it was wrapped, our bed frame now squeaks when it’s never done that and has been moved before.
Due to Amanda representation of this company and decision making and poor customer experience all the way around, doesn’t follow through on her own words. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Amanda said 2 movers were enough and it wasn’t; the movers had to call in for an extra person as they said it should have been that way from the beginning. Because of only 2 of them and so much to load, it took way longer. The extra person came to help unload.

I have used them twice now and both times I was amazed by the care and consideration they put forth towards my furniture, making sure things were wrapped correctly, so that nothing got scratch or broken. Cortez is amazing!!! I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone that wants it done right!

Cortez and Jason were the two man crew that showed up to move me last month. They showed up BIG time! Excellent customers service. They went above and beyond to make my move quick and efficient. I will be using there services again for any future moves I may have. Thanks guys!

I had a very poor experience with this moving company. I hired three guys to move from my apartment to another one bedroom apartment 2 miles away. The guys took over three hours to load the truck. They continued to take long breaks and I had to tell them to keep working several times. I drove to the new apartment, after they had finished loading the truck, and it took them 45 minutes to show up. And they wanted to charge me for all of their breaks and delayed arrival. My friend and I worked continually- carrying boxes and moving things, while they were taking breaks. Gary worked hard- but it was a one man show! Joe tried to tack on additional fees ( transportation, shrink wrap, tape). He said I owed $1500! That is absurd for moving a one bedroom apartment! They broke my TV- as well! I do NOT recommend using this company. It’s a lazy scam!

If I could leave zero stars, that would be better. My friend hired these movers and not only were they late, but they took breaks every 30 minutes while her and her friend were working their tails off. They sucked!

This is the best moving company that I have ever seen or have dealt with in Jacksonville Florida! I highly recommend them! The price the quality of service are superb! The crew came in asked simple questions and immediately went to work! They were very polite and very professional! They were also Non-Stop in their work! They took extra care of the fragile items and also went over and above by putting each item into each room that it had belonged and also set up the beds and dressers and TV stands etc in each room. If you are looking for a phenomenal and very professional moving company I suggest you hire this one. I will be moving again in 4 years hopefully this company is still in business! Great job guys!
