Fig & Willow is a great spot to find unique and original clothing and quality items. It is a clean, bright and fun spot to shop. Many find the staff to be friendly, helpful, happy, kind, prompt and professional, with exceptional customer service. Some customers, however, have found the salespeople to be indifferent and not helpful. The business is responsive to orders and offers perks like a hotel discount. It is a place where customers often shop to refresh their wardrobe.

I probably would have bought 2 great tops but the salespeople were indifferent and NOT HELPFUL- they were All standing around as if I was a bother- today is Black Friday and I was really looking forward to buying some lovely things - I’m sorry that I can’t give a good review- ?
