  All my nail sizes were all over the place my thumbs came out 2 different sizes and one was bigger significantly than the other it was so embarrassing. If I could name the worst place I ever did my nails its here their work is demonic like totally atrocious, hideous, just terrible its like a novice. The prices are very high as well compared to the other salons in the area. Complete trash I am hiding my nails in my pockets until I can remove them.

  I love tge way Jessica, who used to be tge owner, does my nails, won't go to anyone else. There are others like Kim, Cindy who are also good. I like Kim for pedicures. It is convenient and you can always get in with or without an appointment.

  My father got his nails done at this salon and I asked to used the restroom. I was asked my I was using the restroom even though I asked. She even ask me to used asked me to “close the door”. I said I need to use the restroom really bad and she said “I don’t care!”. What type service is that??

  Staff were friendly and attentive. My daughter loved the Hello Kitty chair. They were very patient with my daughter as well.

  I have biked and driven many times to Ocean Nails. I first mad e appointments but have always had success with walk ins. I am over 80 man and I deserve a standard pedicure. Always pleased and the ladies earn a generous tip. The leg massage is special. Several are Vietnamese and are interested that I’ve been to VietNam. I try a few words.

  I went into ocean nails a while ago but this experience hasn’t left me. First when we walked in there was no greeting at all. I stood at the counter and no one came to talk to us for what felt like 10 min but it was probably less (mind you someone was behind the counter just staring at us, but they didn’t work there). I showed the technician a design I liked and she was adamant she was up for the task… sadly no. They were completely wrong, when I expressed to her my concern calmly but I was exasperated because we had been there forever. I reminder her that she told me she had the experience and said I would have felt more comfortable if she was honest so that I could have searched for something else. A worker beside us, claiming to be the owner, took over and reprimanded me like I was a child. It didn’t get better, She kept pouring on more product on my nails, I left there with thick and heavy nails. My nails were so soar for days. The experience as a whole was awful and VERY unprofessional!

  i used to love going to this place. i’ve been going since 2019. i haven’t been in over a year and i went today and was very disappointed in the way they did my nails. i thought how bad could you mess up french nails well i know now! i used to always go to elaina when she worked but since she left i just never saw the need to go back.

  Today was not my first time. I've been going to Ocean Nails for the last few months and each visit has been consistent. Customer service is amazing and I always leave satisfied with their services. I usually get in and out pretty quickly, which I love because my girls have busy schedules. They're fast without sacrificing quality. I've been helped by almost every lady that works there and I'd happily go back to any of them. Today, I decided on a shorter/natural looking nail. Bubble bath did the job. :)

  My daughter needed a French tip for her end of year cheer banquet and EPIC FAIL! She is in tears and as a long time customer we will never be back.... Awful

  Have been coming to this nail salon for over 10 years the previous owners recently sold the shop and oh my garsh what an idiot bought it twice now I have made an appointment with Tina for a pedicure and when I get there they want me to use another person never told Tina she had an appointment and I have to sit and wait what a shame that they have to deal with extremely poor management and work with this non business oriented idiot

  Very nice people and I have had MANY great experiences here. I have been going here since I was 14, maybe younger. The service is great. I have gotten pedicures, manicures and my dad has gotten his eyebrows done here as well. He also gets pedicures and manicures when we have a daddy daughter day. The vibe is nice as well. If you wanna talk they'll talk to you, if you just want to get your nails done and not talk they'll do that too. I will always recommend Ocean Nails to everyone I meet.!!
