If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered ONE Brow Prow (stamp or kit) I was sent 4
I was charged over $90 including postage.
I did not like the product as it did not stay on.
I immediately contacted them telling them I did try one kit. I sent all back and followed the instructions to a T, took it to UPS to be mailed back, marked everything on package, took pictures, and still they want the return address saying I didn’t provide it. It is on the packaged returned.
I wrote another letter to them including my return address. It has been 2 weeks and I hear nothing. I call, there’s no return call.
I will go to UPS on Monday and have them look up my tracking information.
I know nothing else to do but write a complaint on their website.

Came across this place looking for tacos, but beauty first! Anita was very pleasant, and friendly. She offered her expert opinion of waxing versus threading. She recommended threading, but I opted for wax only because I've had past issues with thread. Results: nice and neat! My partner in crime had her eyebrows threaded. She was very pleased with the results as well. I LOVE the ambiance and decor of the shop. Very professional and clean. If this was my home town I would come again.

I called several eyebrow threading salons today to inquire about rates and Brow Pro was the only one who had good energy over the phone. The other places didn't seem interested in answering questions from potential customers.
The salon was clean and well maintained. The lady who threaded my eyebrows was quick yet thorough and professional.
After leaving the store, I was unaware that I dropped my wallet somewhere in the parking lot and a very honest person somehow went inside Brow Pro and said he found a wallet. The lady who threaded my eyebrows looked at my driver's license and noticed that it was me. She still had my phone number from my phone inquiry before coming to the salon and she called me.
I'm so grateful to her and to the person who found my wallet.
Contrary to what the news says, there are still plenty of good people in this world.
I'm glad I followed my gut instinct and went to Brow Pro for threading. It's all about good vibes and good energy folks.

Anita is absolutely the best brow person I have used. I appreciate her laid back mannerisms and honesty with me as well. She is pleasant and eager to please. Of course, her skillset is the best. She makes my time there enjoyable. I have been going there since she started at Neptune Beach and never disappointed with any of her services!
