I don’t bank here and have never even heard of Truist Bank, but I had lunch at Poe’s recently and they towed my car despite it not having clearly defined parks spaces and the spot I was in had no towing information clearly labeled. It was a Saturday and the bank was closed but apparently they didn’t have anything better to do but tow 4 cars

I don’t understand why Truist shuttered the much more convenient SunTrust location just down the street, in favor of keeping open this old BB&T location following the merger. The SunTrust branch was larger, had its own spacious parking lot, and had multiple lanes for drive-up banking and ATM access. This branch has no drive-through ATM, very tight access to the car lanes, and a terribly cramped and busy parking lot that is shared with multiple businesses.On the rare occasion I have to go inside for something, staff have been helpful. However, as 95% of my banking needs are served by the ATM, I have to base my rating of the branch on car accessibility and ease of ATM use. Unfortunately, both are poor.

I have both business and personal accounts at this BB&T branch. I also bank with Wells (soon to be done with them). The difference in service and how much easier it is to work with BB&T is astonishing. BB&T really wants to help their customer, other banks, not so much. Sometimes it's something the branch can't do, but I found even the customer service 800 line good to work with. Overall, I'm really happy with the staff and the service at BB&T. This particular branch has really nice staff.

Charge high fees, flip timing of transactions to charge additional fees and pending items that subsequently cancel also can end up charging you fees, rediculous. They care about profit not people. Even in a pandemic will not remove fees, corporate and branch manager treat you as if you're wasting their time. Time for a better bank.

Worst customer service. I was in there for an hour today and never resolved my problem with this bank. The teller dena often says she cannot help me with an issue and that I must talk to the other woman there. I waited an hour and then left. I don't have time to sit in that plastic smelling place while missing so much work while waiting for them to help me.

They've gotten better at taking customers in order. I love Lety's friendliness. It's always in and out if you go before lunchtime. The place is clean and the staff is friendly.
