“Sitting here at Mavis Tires, getting my front passenger tire checked out, due to it constantly losing pressure. And I realized that my previous review didn't go through for some reason. But no matter, as they are giving me reason to write a new one. Fast service, with little to no up sale. Too many other places always found a reason for a new tire but they'll definitely get you patched up here, so you can believe them if they actually do say you need a replacement. I haven't used there other services but they are great for tires!”
“It was easy to make a convenient, same day appointment to get a new set of tires. They discovered and showed me the front sway bar linkage issue, and replaced those too. Repair time was reasonable. Service rep was awesome!!!”
“Had a suspension failure, was able to get it put together enough to drive it instead of tow it. Called first thing next morning and they said bring it up. New upper control arm, and they were able to replace 4 tires and alignment and had it ready by 3:00 that same day. Thanks to Shawn, Carlos and the DeSalvo crew!”

“We called on Monday morning of Thanksgiving week in a pinch hoping to have brakes put on our vehicle. Dwayne was exceptional from our early morning phone call all the way through to the vehicle pick up. The price was $900 cheaper than the quote from the dealer and they even sent photos of the work and conducted a complimentary vehicle inspection. We were referred by a close friend who brings his car here for service. These gentlemen were honest and did not try to upsell us on unnecessary services. We will be returning there with all our vehicle needs. If I could give Dwayne and the guys 10 stars, I would!”
“The best Tire Shop in the City Hands Down! And I’m not just saying that open everyday and the quality of the tires are amazing as well as the service they provide! They also have good energy towards customers and treat all their customers respectfully and provides quality service in a timely manner. And what makes it even better is that the flea market is there as well so it’s a one stop shop or just a good spot to walk around by yourself, with the family, with a friend and shop around for fresh produce fruits and veggies, and plenty of other items and hot cooked food as well while your tires are being maintenance! Just a blessed environment all around 10/10 services! I have plenty of great memories of my grand parents taking me to the same flea market as well from when I was younger so it makes it always a pleasure to stop by fr! Definitely highly Recommended!”

“Typically a good service center. This visit there was the issue of replacing the wrong tire, so I had to wait extra time after I inspected the vehicle for things to be corrected. I also had to reset the tire pressure in all tires as the service attendant inflated the tires incorrectly.”
“I had a slow leak in a tire and took it here because it is the closest to work. I had never been there. They checked it and Sean showed me why I needed a new tire. Tabitha the manager went out of her way to find my special Pirelli tire and have it delivered in about an hour. I met two other customers while waiting who are regulars and they spoke very highly of the people there.
Tabitha has built a website with information about cars to help elderly and women from getting ripped off by auto shops.
An unexpected but wonderful experience. I will definitely go back.

“In a time when customer service and professional expertise is scarce. I'm proud to give these guys a 5 star review. Let me explain, I purchased rims and tires from them years ago....and since then I've gotten my tires balanced at various tire shops, Big Chief, Tire plus, Tire kingdom ect... None of those mentioned could get my car to ride like it use to when Rim Tyme installed them. Since I live in callahan driving all the way back to them was my last resort and I can kick myself for not doing it sooner. I was surprised to see the name change. Nevertheless, I explain my issue i was told not to worry all would be rectified. Jerry, the tire tech was professional and very knowledgeable about my issue...it was brought to my attention that the previous tire techs had placed to much weight on the tires and I needed hub centric rings....after all of that was completed...my car rides smooth and easy like it did yrs ago. Words can't express how pleased I am to finally have my car riding good again. I'm blessed that this car isn't my primary vehicle and garage kept which is one of the reasons why I've dealt with the sub par ride for so long. Now I can bring my baby out the garage more and cruise the town! Thank you Jerry and the guys at Magic Rim job well done!!!”
