I had to wait an hour for the bus to visit my son, an asked if I could use the bathroom real quick, I only needed to pee, the guy at the counter had refused to let me saying I needed to be a paying customer and that I'll have to go to another place, he was very rude and didn't care, I've been here before and they tend to mess something up just to fix something else, I wouldn't be complaining about past issues if the guy the worked the counter on December 6th, 2025, at around 1:30-1:40pm wasn't rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful, don't recommend unless you got a lot of free time, plenty of money, and willing to replace one issue with another, and possibly get charged for that issue too, also don't ask to use the bathroom even if someone in your family is getting work done there, they won't let you unless you are that specific customer, at least that specific guy won't let you

I stopped in today because I had a tire cap
I could not get on my Toyota Tacoma. At the desk, they asked me to pull to the side. The technician had it on in about three minutes. There was no charge. Just a handshake. Thanks Tire Kingdom. Great service!

Great customer service, and very communicative. Aaron kept me in the loop the whole time and I was greeted with a smile from Aaron. Tire kingdom even threw in new windshield wipers for me at no extra cost! This is my second time coming to this Neptune beach locations and they have been nothing but pleasant.
