Billy couldn't have been more helpful. I am phone unsavvy and he gladly answered my issues and questions. He never picked on me for being phone ignorant. He fixed my problem quickly and looked for a deal that upgrades my old phone. This store is the best location.

Billy might be the best customer service rep in the world! I was nervous about switching phones and the idea of losing any data - but Billy walked me through everything, let me take as much time as I needed to make sure all my data was there and kept me entertained while everything uploaded. I will never go to a different Verizon store and would give 10 stars if I could!!!
