Just came in the shop for help with our car and the owner, a man, started berating our friend verbally and using swear words, screaming aggressively. We turned around and left.
Absolutely disgusting behavior and abhorrent customer service. NEVER again!!!!

I gave my friend a ride to the mechanic she uses and I was impressed that day with both Michelle and Herb. So a couple weeks later when my car acted up, I immediately thought of A Plus 1 Auto. I’m very happy with the work they did at the price quoted. Herb caught a couple of other minor things and took care of them, too, no extra charge . (There was a screw in my tire I didn’t know about!) Thank you Herb and Michelle, my car is happier now!

Herb and Michelle are a honest reliable garage first I’ve found in Florida. Don’t go to a dealership for work you will or could get cheated like I almost did. Thanks to Herbs honestly I didn’t. Sun Toyota said I needed almost 3200 plus work I didn’t need done. I had red flags at Sun Toyota so I decided to call a local garage and had my car checked and they did it for free Fixed a minor repair didn’t charge me which I would have been more then happy to pay for it.i will return to Herb and Michelle for all my service and car repairs including all oil changes. If you want honest people go there they care about you not big dealerships who over charge and do work you don’t even need at more then twice the cost. Thank you Herb and Michelle see you.

Treat you like family. They treat your car the way they would want there car treated , takes there time and lets you know what should get done! I had my Jeep in there for a tuneup . And they went above and beyond and helped me with my battery and fixed my radio!! Great service, quick and reliable! 💯

Very great auto shop. Took my car in for noises due to brake issues. Going to get it fixed when I am able, however they didn’t even charge me to diagnose certain issues. Extremely polite, courteous, and understanding. I would definitely recommend this auto shop. A+ rating! Thank you
