I just wanted to put my $.02 in and make sure everyone knew what a STELLAR job Marsha is doing at Badcock in New Port Richey. She was helpful every step of the way, let us take our time, and made sure that my wife and I were happy with our purchase and understood all of the terms. My advice to everyone: VISIT THIS STORE and GET THE ADDITIONAL PROTECTION WARRANTY when you purchase your items! It really was a lifesaver for us. Mega-thanks to Marsha and her team!

Recently went to this store and found a large beautiful wall clock for $99. Sales person said it was from a customer return just recently that's why it is at that price. Before making the purchase i looked further at the clock and found the wall clock didn't even work and asked WHY. Clerk said that's why it's $99. I said then how can you even sell it? It doesn't work for $99 and she couldn't answer as to why?? The Corporate office should check on this matter. If its on display and doesn't work then why try to sell it? I then decided to go elsewhere for furniture and accessories I was going to also buy that day.

Great experience! Very glad we found this furniture store in new port Richey. Lots of stores were out of stock and we found product that we could get this week! Thanks to the manager Stephanie, Ashley, and Mike for getting me set up. Great staff, we had fun!

I just want to warn others about Badcock Furniture. A little over 2 years ago I bought a living room set. The sectional has 9 pieces. In the first 2 years I had 4 service calls, as the pieces broke one at a time. I had bought the extended warranty which should give us another couple of years. The pieces break one by one. The pieces literally broke when a normal size human sits on them. The warranty company refuses to fix the latest piece. One of the repair men told me badcock furniture was cheap. I paid several thousand dollars for this set and it is garbage. I have gotten furniture at Big Lots which is way better. If you are furniture shopping...Skip Badcock Furniture.

Jasmine was wonderful! She was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive. To my understanding she’s some what new to the store but you would have never had noticed. Thank you Jasmine!Ended up having to go back. Unfortunate and unforeseen problem. But once again the staff went above and beyond. We always have a choice. These folks choose to be kind,courteous,and compassionate. They give their customers the benefit of the doubt and in this world these days is rare. I work retail so I totally understand. It’s hard to do when there’s so much negativity going around. I was really stressing out about the situation considering how much money I invested in my new furniture so MANY BLESSINGS TO YOU GUYS AT BADCOCK! Thanks AGAIN for your exceptional service!

I was a customer for 10+ yrs with this store.When Mr. Garcia owed this store it was a 10 star establishment.When he retired and sold it to the new ownership ot immediately went down hill.I was over charged by $100 and when i called it to the stores attention and was able to show them the mistake they said it was a corporate office problem.When i called into the corporate office they pointed the finger at the store.So while i was trying to get everything straighted out and dispute it they turned it into all the credit companies as a late payment.So i had to quickly pay them the $100.Tried to have a 3 way call with the store and the corporate office and the store refused to do so.So id suggest you shop with another company altogether and save money by doing so and the stress of being put into this situation.I would have given this store and company a -10 star of it would let me.While the Garcia family had this store i couldn't have said enough good things about it.But under the new ownership it has totally failed me and left me a very upset customer after spending thousands of dollars with them.They was wrong 100% and was shown the mistake that they made and turned it into strong armed robbery.Totally turned a blind eye to the situation and played the finger pointing game while trying to ruin my credit.Just do yourself a HUGE favor and shop at another company that will have better quality products at a lesser cost.Did i mention the refrigerator set itself on fire in my kitchen,Just glad we was home as the house started to fill with smoke.What a clean up mess that was not to mention all the food that was lost.Being a local business owner myself i always try to purchase from local stores and understand both sides of a story.While our company has a 5 star review which isn't hard to do as long as you care about your customers this store makes me sad to say there in our town doing this such of things to our residents who support our town.I also noticed that a lot of these 5 star reviews are from store owners and employees.Such as the owner of this store Robert Ball.New Port Richey Florida residents be warned about this store.

Bought a reclining loveseat for myself and wife in December. It's almost April and one side of the recliner will no longer close and one cannot be opened without causing the person on to fall completely backward. Spend your money somewhere else that doesn't use cheap materials.**Update** no one answered the line they told me to call. Left a message with my phone number and it's been 3 business days with no call back

This place is horrible would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this company they claim that we have or had a warranty on our couch but when the person came out he said that the cushions were messed up along with the coverings that go over the cushions they promised me new cushions it’s been 2 1/2 years later and I still never received them not to mention their payment plan are ridiculous if you fall behind to make you pay outrageous amounts for the first three months of the payment plan and then put all the interest that accrued on the account at the end of the loan so you would never get caught up stay away from these crooks
