Great experience both at the showroom and with the delivery. Extremely helpful in deciding the right mattress for us and the price was a great deal. My husband and I were looking for a new bed. We had a waterbed for almost 20 years so we thought that would be where we’d look. We went to a waterbed store and we were (kinda) greeted by the most unfriendly, unprofessional, uninterested store clerk ever. We looked around the store with for a short while and realized that was not for us any longer. We decided to try Bed Pros down the road. We were immediately greeted and welcomed to the store. We were shown many mattresses with various prices. We were encouraged to lay on all the beds we thought we’d like. We were given privacy and time to make a decision. We made our choice and the whole process was quick & easy. Our mattress is awesome and we got free pillows! I would definitely recommend Bed Pros to anyone looking for quality & service.

Great experience. Went in and was not pressured for anything. Gentleman knew his mattress products. Closed the deal with a discount - free delivery and pick up of old mattress was a huge plus!Had TWO new beds by monday (sent in on sat)
