We had our stairs re-carpeted from the New Port Richey location and it was a great experience from end to end. J.P. and Kelly were just the nicest people to deal with, and they really go above and beyond to ensure that the customer is happy. Highly recommend!!

I shopped around. JP's prices and service were the best. JP is very knowledgeable and helped me select the perfect carpet for our project. He and his wife Kelly are great people. The installers were on time, did a wonderful installation and cleaned up beautifully. Couldn't be happier.

I used Bob’s Carpet Barn of New Port Richey to replace flooring in my master bathroom. It was a great experience from beginning to end.
The sales person in the store was very helpful and friendly. She assisted me in choosing a color and type of waterproof flooring that would look great with the colors already in the room, and butting up to the flooring on the hallway.
The pricing was better than other flooring places I checked.
The installer was friendly and did a great job, with a positive attitude. I am very happy.

We are very pleased with the entire experience we had with our LVP purchase and installation. We were purchasing new flooring due to being flooded by Hurricane Helene. From sales to installation they were kind and understanding. Mike Button was the installation guy! He went above and beyond to make sure the pattern of the planks matched and flowed beautifully. He had a curved step to deal with as well as sloped floors. Everything flows smoothly! He worked alone for long hours, including New Years Day, to make sure we could meet our schedule for moving back into our house. I'd recommend Mike to anyone. He deserves a 5 star rating! His skills are excellent! Thank you all for your kind and positive experience.

Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Bob’s was one of the many places we looked for new laminate flooring. When we walked in Ryan was there to help us with all of our questions and to help choose a floor that suited our needs. After many samples we finally found the one that we loved. Shortly after we placed the order we were called by JP to schedule the install and it got even better from there. Our installers Mike and Ryan were true professionals. They showed up on time every day and their skill and technique really showed on the install process. We couldn’t have asked for a better team. Thanks to everyone involved. We couldn’t recommend you guys enough!!
