Despite being a loyal customer who uses Chase bank for the convenience of paying my Chase credit card and mortgage payments on time, I have been consistently hit with excessive service fees. Despite my efforts to address this issue with the bank, they have failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. This lack of consideration for account holders is disappointing and reflects poorly on Chase's commitment to customer service. I urge others to be cautious when choosing to bank with Chase, as their disregard for account holder concerns is unacceptable. I would rate Chase 0 if I could.

Atm in drive through will not take cash to deposit! It can be an old bill or a newer bill...doesn't matter. Fix this please!

Would give it a zero if I could.... twice now i have done balance transfers from another bank and twice now chase has taken their time and still hasnt posted it to my account.... the last time i went into the bank and talked to the managerand they said they had no record of it, then the next day after i told the other bank to cancel the transfer because it was lost in la la land it suddenly got posted to my account then taken out by the bank i told to cancel it and then chase wanted to charge me a fee for that.... REALLY????? So now they've had almost two weeks and still no deposit.... so here we go again... taking their time not giving a hoot whether the customer gets what they're supposed to.... so after this debacle, im closing my account with chase... i dont need this aggravation and i dont need their not doing what i asked in my own account... they can go pound sand as far as im concerned

10 + year Long time client, private client status now banking solely with Achieva. This is not an exaggeration or dramatized in any way. I called my local branch 37 times over a 3 hr period. No one answered, call redirected each time and says everyone is busy goodbye. I called every single bank in the new port richey, palm harbor, Dunedin area and talked to a human being representative the first time I called. Achieva knows how to provide customer service.

Anyone who may be interested in my dissatisfaction with this bank!!!! I feel mistreated and angry with the way they processed my case, I had been in a joint account with my American citizen husband for more than 3 years and due to a bad procedure on the part of the employees of that bank my account was closed without prior notice without even a call to let us know which brought problems in all my payments and credit, it is a lack of respect for my person More than a month trying to solve my situation to finally let me know that my account was definitively closed, my advice to you bank workers!!!! Please inform yourselves of how each USIS case works so that the government's procedures are respected, do not act the first time and respect your clients, which I believe should be your greatest responsibility.

Employee refused to notarize paperwork, because she was not aware she could. Apparently, Chase buys the stamp for the employees without proper training.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just went through the drive thru to withdraw money from my account and was told they could not give me MY money with government ID and account and routing numbers. The teller said I needed my chase card (which was at home). I have Never heard such a thing…completely asinine. I left chase immediate transferred my money to my Fifth third account and went through the drive thru at 5/3rd showed them my ID and my account number. I had absolutely no issue withdrawing my money out immediately and they didn’t ask for my debit card which I did have. Unbelievable Chase! I will be closing my account with you ASAP!!!! The teller could not even give me a valid reason on why she could not give me my money. Extremely unhappy with the service I received and I want to thank the teller for wasting my lunch break with her nonsense!

Bad customer service with 2 of the tellers. Desk lady is great though. Such a contrast between interactions. Desk lady gets A+ Tellers F for rudeness with interaction. Wish this wasn't the case at this location.
