You're exchange policy is so small, it needs a magnifying glass to read it.
I came in this afternoon and bought 7oz Coronas by accident. Left the store and not even half way down the road realized what I had done.
Your employee pushed hard to refuse my exchange. Literally 5 minutes after I was there. I gently pushed and pushed until he gave in.
The customer is always right.
I'll come back because you carry the beer I like in 12 packs because nobody else does in this area. I'm not some Pasco county schlep who's trying to manipulate your system.
Rules are meant to be broken, especially if the transactions are MINUTES apart from each other.
I'll be on the lookout for my credit card statement to ensure you credited me back the original transaction. Your cash register is not .90 over. Not a loss to me, really not a gain for you.
Hopefully you have me on camera being extra nice to your employee, knowing I didn't yell or curse at him.
You have to see when the rules REALLY apply to the customers. I would understand if someone came in yesterday and wanted to exchange a case of beer or a bottle you would absolutely refuse it. However, minutes apart? Cmon guys. Think about it.
Your employee was as nice as he could be about it so no fault on him. He should be recognized as doing the right thing.

If you live in New Port Richey, Coastal Wine & Liquor is without a doubt the best place to shop. The selection is fantastic and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Tried to place an online order for an item that seemed like it was to good to be true, I guess it was. After two weeks of wondering what was going on they cancelled the order with no correspondence what so ever. Seems like a little chat or something would have been nice, oh well. I gave two stars only because they didn't actually charge my card so I guess that's something.

Employees are always informative and helpful. Fully sticked liquor with local brands as well. Golds rum is fantastic, and it's locally made. Beer selection is good and the prices can't be beat!
