Although the Pharmacist on duty was incredibly helpful dealing with an issue with my prescription, I was appauled by the rudeness and unprofessionalism displayed by the tech, Stephanie. I was nothing but patient and understanding while we worked out the issue but Stephanie was just plain rude to me while I was trying to get my prescription. Slamming my bags on the counter and rolling her eyes was not necessary. Perhaps Stephanie needs to find a profession where understanding isn't required.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked. The pharmacists are caring and helpful. They went out of their way on two separate occasions to make sure that I had the medication that I needed. The first time I waited several days on the provider and insurance to figure out some simple issues. Meanwhile the pharmacist never let me go without the medication I needed. She gave me three days supply and when I went back the provider hadn’t gotten to the problem yet so the pharmacist gave me another three days of meds. I don’t know if this is standard practice but it was a huge relief to m me and my husband… it meant a great deal to me for obvious reasons. More often than not, everywhere we go, it feels like people do not care about much outside of themselves and people (like this pharmacist) that go a bit out of their way even when they maybe do not HAVE TO… are a good reminder that people do care. We never know what little things may make a lasting impression and a big difference at times.

Don't go there they delay ur prescription that ur doctor sends over mine was sent Over at 9am this morning and all they do is jack along back there and not listen to doctor orders to have it ready by 11am

The new pharmacist Ashley, racially profiled me and my husband, after going into the store to discuss with the pharmacist her reasoning behind her stating she "doesn't feel comfortable filling our prescription" she very rude, unprofessional and obnoxiously proceeded to yell at the top of her lungs in a manner that the technician standing behind her was whispering "sorry" to us, while Ashley continued to rudely yell in front of other customers. Me and my husband could not get a word in with Ashley. We were treated like we have never been treated before in our lives. I let the technician know I would be calling corporate. After hearing I would be complaining to corporate Ashley the pharmacist decided to block my prescription . She also called my doctor's office and asked to speak to my doctor which is out of the country for 3 weeks, then decided to let my doctor's assistant know she will not fill my prescription unless it's cut back by 50 percent. Ashley does not know me personally, does not know of my pain levels and certainly has never looked at my MRI's or is aware of my medical history to try to persuade my phycisian into cutting back on my medication.
