Worst Customer service EVER. Went to go pick up an over the counter medicine and went through drive through. All of a sudden I was told I need to come in to the counter. For one thing, I’ve never had to come in to get the medicine and the other, there was ZERO apologies or explanations about why the change. I’ve always gone through drive thru with my ID and no problem. But today, manager says basically, tough luck, we don’t know what you’re talking about. It’s a federal law. Really!? Since when and when did it change? Because she offered zero explanation and just said no.I’ve been a loyal customer but her, meaning the MANAGER had the worst ‘customer service’ and acted like their change in policy was MY FAULT and MY misunderstanding. When the truth is, either YOU don’t know the policy or your employees don’t because it was never an issue before.She didn’t offer ANYTHING except major attitude.Moving my prescription. You don’t want my business and I’m no diva, but no way in hell I’ll let someone in the service industry treat me like that. I’m also in the service industry.Manger in no way deserves to be a manager if she couldn’t de escalate the situation today.Explain, apologize, empathize, remedy or offer to remedy.She did NONE of the above.

Made an appointment for 9:40 the day before. I came to check in, the lady said its only her so shes behind. They made me make another appointment for 10:40. I did and waited. Been here since 9:30 its 11 now and still was never helped. I left before she went to lunch as i see i wasnt gonna get help.

This is my regular CVS Store. I wanted to give Gina a review, the nurse practitioner at the Minute Clinic. I saw her today for some skin related issues. She seemed to really care and was helpful with my concerns. She was also patient and kind. I noticed the Pharmacy has a lot of complaints. When I finished my appointment with Gina, my prescriptions were already ready. I did not have to wait. Maybe luck? The front staff folks are usually pretty nice as well.

Pharmacist has the worst attitude!!!!!! She is very rude and loud. I would choose a different pharmacy if you have complicated prescriptions to fill

Pharmacy is a disaster. Have prescriptions put in days before pick up and they are not ready once I get there. I speak to one person who says they will be ready and then I am sent to the parking lot to wait sometimes an hour to fill.Never had such a poor experience with a pharmacy

I have used this CVS for about 2 years but TODAY was horrible. Went through the drive thru to pick up meds for my child, the phone was passed to 3 people and at the end was treated terribly. Very rude and mean, i use this word to be subtle. Never have I been treated this way. Was told to leave the line to not hold up her customers. What am I?

Rude pharmacy personnel, computer/human operations need streamlining to be more efficient. Knowledgeable of how important it is to treat patients with courtesy and respect in the care community is imperative. A fast moving pharmacy can handle many tasks at once being able to accurately identify any errors. So that the patients we served were well taken care of. This place is on dire straits. When you phone them you’re on hold for long lengths of time when you do speak with someone they are short and most times seemingly don’t care. Just a few days ago I called to find out why they keep filling prescriptions that are not on auto refill. They told me oh, we’re sorry. Since then, I’ve changed almost all (with 2 exceptions) my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

After putting multiple discounts on my card and taking my husband’s reward coupons to purchase items..the male cashier informed me the discounts including the 40% wasn’t listed…I gave him a hard copy of 2 rewards and was told it was from another account, my husbands. I politely told him to cancel the purchase. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD TO MAKE A PURCHASE AND OBTAIN A DISCOUNT! People want to get in and get out..you are truly wasting our time…I’m done!

I know there are probably a lot of bad pharmacies in Florida, but this is definitely one of the worst 10. I'm sure the lower employees aren't well paid but the pharmacist and manager there could make the service better if they cared.

Angela at Minute clinic was superb!! special care and attention! very satisfied with this CVS, the Pharmacy had my prescription. done in 15 minutes. The cashier was extremely helpful!!!

The pharmacy and pharmacist at this location is by far the worst I have ever had to deal with. They are rude and liars on top of it. Unhelpful, extremely long waits, can't get through to them and leave voice mails that have them talking amongst themselves about other pts. VERY unprofessional

Christy the pharmacist and Kevin the tech are the only two people that anyone should deal with at the Fl 54 store in New Port Richey Fl. Very helpful. Everyone else in the department is very rude and operates using several different policies for the same thing. Almost impossible to get an RX from anyone other then Christy or Kevin.
