The lady either short blond hair was very rude and her damener was terrible the products I got that were cold items like peperioes amor half the bag was bad barely can keep stuff on the shelf when I'm in there it's always rolltainers blocking part the Ilejust overall bad experience

I came in (5/28/22 @4:45-4:50pm) to use the $5 coupon I got from a receipt I received when I made a purchase on May 22nd or 23rd.The very common save $5 when you spend $25 on the following Saturday. It was literally the only reason I came in.After waiting at the counter long enough for a large line to form behind me, up walks this older gentleman with grayish hair and a long buzz cut. He doesn't greet me, but stares at the coupon on top of my items and says, "What's that? I don't know what that is." I say, "That's a coupon," then he mutters something under his breath and shakes his head while continuing to ring up my merchandise.He rings everything up, makes a poor attempt to scan the coupon (he didn't unfold it completely) threw the coupon in the bag and said, "That'll be $35.xx" (don't remember the exact amount) to which I replied, "I want to use the coupon".Clerk replied, "I don't know what that is. I tried to scan it, it won't scan." He looked at it again without attempting to read it and threw it on the counter again, so I read it to him: "Saturday, May 28th $5 off $25!"To which he grabbed the coupon and put it in the bag, with another "I don't know" and a head shake. I immediately left the store and was so upset I left the coupon behind so I didn't get a chance to drive down the street and use it, which I will be doing from now on.How do you work at Dollar General and not know what the $5 off $25 Saturday coupon is?!?!

My family and I bought some Christmas candy here . chocolate kisses, m&ms .. and when we opened it up on Christmas morning it was full of little black Ants . SO WE through all away. so to other shoppers please be careful. and this so surprising because we have never had a problem like this ....before........
