Anita is INCREDIBLY rude. She was so mean to me in response to me requesting help. I then watched her berate and belittle a fellow employee and multiple other customers over the span of about 10 minutes. She has no business working in customer service with her bad attitude.

Dollar tree has a lot of new great stuff. I went in there for laundry soap and walked out of there with $38 worth of stuff lol

It's ok somewhat sloppy and dirty looking. Windows and doors need cleaning. The store looks closed from the outside.

This store decides to close whenever the employees see fit. They had a woman stand by the door at least a half hour before 9 just to turn people away. Which meant one guy on register. She could have easily opened a second register instead of just standing there to turn people away. Numerous people were leaving there carts and walking out. By far the most shameful experience because not only did I waste time but I had to leave empty handed

Very little product on the shelves in comparison to other Dollar Trees in the area. The line at checkout was 8 persons long, with a code one thay was made AFTER the line eased up. I went to Register 4 at 4:30pm on Saturday January 6th 2024. The young woman with light brown hair and a green headband misinformed us by saying she suspended the transaction when in all reality, DG apparently cannot dp that and did not tell us we had to ring us out all over again. I did not appreciate her being katty by eavesdropping and her putting on her two cents on my conversation with the other customer I was with. I also have a question: when did DT start leaving boxes loads of inventory out on the floor. I thought I was at Dollar General! Go to the one on Massachusetts if you want a better store. I know I won't recieve a reply back... oh well.

Internet said they were open til 10. I drove out of my way to get here, arrived at 9:35 and they are closed. The door also said 10 pm. I would have gone to a different Dollar Tree if I had known. I understand that sometimes things happen but they should have put a note on the door or changed the closing time on their own posted sign.

If I could give this a zero star I would bathrooms filled with nothing but feces and filth, and every single stall on every single floor there’s dirt everywhere grime everywhere, and in the store itself is completely completely unorganized and dirty!! By far the most disgusting dollar tree I’ve ever been to I will cut I left. I didn’t even want to buy anything.

Horrible customer service . I came here this morning to grab a few items . As im in line I ask one of the ladies is she open, She yells saying yes I am with With an attitude. Ok I brush it off pay no mind to it. As I'm paying for my items when she rings me up for my things and gives me back my change , I then decided I just wanted to buy a pack of gum which I had asked her very nicely hey can I grab this really fast. She then huffs and puffs snatches the money out of my hand . I asked her why is she being so rude . Why did she just snatch the money out of my hand like this. All she kept repeating to me is you want this or not. I then ask for a manager which it was some very old ladie which I tell her the situation and her response was ok , like ok what you want me to do about it. All she does is say to the ladie don't snatch the money . The way she said it to her was in a way like to make me happy. Didn't pull her to the side didn't do anything. Very horrible customer service . She shouldn't be working with customer if she's is gonna be that rude especially that its early in the morning as well. The ladie that did this was at the far register next to the balloons. I didn't get her name but this happend at 10:20 am , dec 20 , 2023 , I will be calling corporate due to this matter. I will never come back to the store. Not a way to treat people at all.

As Dollar Tree stores go, this one is fine. I like snagging something for 1.25 that I would pay much more for at Publix. Greeting cards are always a go to for me. Why spend 15.00 for a card someone is just going to throw away? The store wasn't crowded or dirty during my visit and staff was courteous. I would go back.

I’d rate zero stars if I could! The employees are rude and unhelpful and the store is dirty and lacking in stock. Not allowed to take the cart outside of the store but yet they won’t help you with your bags like most stores. I was literally told to get a cart from another store and bring it in to transfer my bags over! I’ll never go back and wouldn’t recommend.
