Customer service is disgusting. Our cashier ignored us the entire time and talked to another employee behind her and kept looking back and was very slow and had an attitude, and then took the next customer as we were STILL GRABBING OUR ITEMS and rushed us. The next customer put in her card and everything as we were still attempting to grab our drinks put by the pinpad. Sure this store has some more stuff compared to the others nearby, but the staff are rude and disrespectful and always have an attitude painted on their faces. If you don’t like your job thats fine but if you work in customer service, at least try to be kind and attentive and not absolutely miserable and rude.

We just left the dollar tree on Little Road and there was a lady Don working the register who was not only rude and loud, but was very disrespectful to my autistic eight-year-old daughter who was trying to pick out a balloon, not only did she tell her to hurry the heck up, but she yelled at her which scared her and proceeded to tell my daughter that she was holding up her line (there was 1 lady in back of us who said she was fine). Donna needs to be taught how to treat little kids with disabilities. She was rude, impatient, loud, and just flat out nasty!

Wanted to run in and grab a bunch of balloons, they had two people on register And manager sitting in office , all together I wanted 21 balloons she gave me a run down on how when there busy they can’t blow up this many balloons,definitely didn’t think it would be difficult for them to blow up balloons, lol on top of her not having to blow up all 21 bc some were already blown up , GEEEEZ CANT STAND PPL WHO HATE TO DOOO WHAT THEY SIGNED UP FOR , I would take blowing up balloons anyday then being on register ?, some Miserable ppl who work here I say

Just purchased a visa gift card for a wedding and it was a 4.95 fee to purchase it. I didn't want it and they said I couldn't back out the transaction and I didn't even pay yet. I was forced to finish the transaction

This place has the WORST customer service I am not the person to write a review either. but the manager is EXTREMELY rude to employees in front of customers. Witnessed the manager and employees arguing while I’m being cashed out and this was so unprofessional. I will NEVER step foot in this place again. I would be so embarrassed if I were them. The cashier demanded me to put my hand held basket away where I found it that it’s not her job to pick up after me after I placed the basket on the counter, extremely nasty and unprofessional. I know it’s just dollar tree what can you really expect but like never at any other location have I experienced this.

Today I went in for some last minute gifts. The manager (female, older lady) decided to get on the speaker to call Terri to her register. Instead of handling it professionally, she said “Terri get back to your register and don’t leave again”. Terri returned from frozen food where she put something away only to continue to be yelled at by this manager and mocked by the coworker at the other register. It was utterly humiliating! I’ve never witnessed something so rude and inhumane in retail before. Terri was doing her job. Terri did NOT deserve to be spoken to the way she was over the speaker or to her face in front of customers. I will never go to this store again.

I love my dollar tree. The associates are helpful when you need assistance. I appreciate not being bombarded when just browsing the store. This dollar tree is always in good shape and they have a great selection. I've purchased online and had things shipped to the store. There has never been confusion when picking up. keep up the great work!
