Dr. Brownell is quite simply an extraordinary person and veterinarian. She gave our beloved dog Ava the most beautiful and peaceful passing imaginable. I say this as a long time pet parent who has had been at several good euthanasias and some that were not. What Dr. Brownell does for humans is quite wonderful too, she’s a guide, a grief counselor, a friend, a support system and she handled Ava with such gentle care and respect, even after she had passed. I truly don’t have enough good things to say about her, nor do I have the ability to convey the depth of our gratitude properly in words. My husband and I feel so blessed that when we called Lap of Love, that they had an opening only a few hours later and Dr. Brownell was able to help our darling girl over the rainbow bridge.

Dr Cait...did a wonderful job helping our dog recover from a sickness. She took the time to explain and answer our questions ... Ran the right test and because she knew her job our dog had a speedy recovery ...all in one visit !! A very professional pleasant place....highly recommend this place ? #Very Professional

Moved into the area and a friend recommend them . very pleased the staff and vet were fantastic. Reasonable this is our vet for our dogs ,Now that we live here .

I have always loved Animal Care Center but today I love them even more! My old kitty passed away and today I received a rose and sweet card from them. It’s the little things that people remember. Will never take my pets to any other vet!

Friendly staff, clean waiting and exam rooms. Dr. was very attentive and affectionate to our very anxious dog. Never felt rushed or blown off.

I would highly recommend Animal Care Center of Pasco. The entire staff has always been superb, extremely friendly, caring and compassionate. Dr. Maldonado has been amazing with our hedgehogs. We recently lost one of our pets and they went above and beyond to comfort us and to express their deepest sympathies.

This group of doctors truly care about the animals, it's not just a paycheck, it's not just a business. And they care about the owners and go out of there way to assist them in any way possible. Their practice gives you the warm feeling of what used to be the neighborhood Vet. They know your name when you walk in the door and are genuinely concerned with both animal and owner.

I have been going here for sometime with my fur babies and have also boarded them here...yesterday I had to take my labrador in for surgery for a hematoma and severe ear infection...Dr Brownell is an excellent Dr....she took time to thoroughly explain everything where I could understand it and was more than willing to answer all of my questions! First thing this morning she called me and once again took time with me...she is amazing...all the technicians and staff at front desk are amazing as well! Thank you all!!!! My Harley is doing great and resting peacefully...just hate the cone head though!

My Lab/Chow mix who is 7 1/2 years old and has been sick over a week. We went to our vet had blood wrk done X-rays and they couldn't find anything. Things got worse with my Harley. She wasn't eating having accidents in the house. So went to Animal care center and found out the worse. My Harley has a mass in her stomach. This place was so caring and loving. I will be back at this place for my other fur baby who is Harley's sister. They are from the same liter. Sad news is Harley will be put to rest Monday. She is in so much pain. Thank you Animal Care for all the love and support.
