Would be 0 stars if it was allowed. Went in on Thursday to order to order a basket for Mother’s Day. Paid for extras and for all the strawberries to be dipped in chocolate. (Even bought my daughter chocolate covered strawberries to try them while I was ordering the basket) picked up the basket and only 3 strawberries were dipped and it was white chocolate. Lady that greeted me when I picked up was less than helpful and didn’t care. I will never order here again

Stopped in on a Wednesday around 11a and no one was home. Said hello a few times and left after about 3 minutes. I am sure this place is good but no service is an issue.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my service at edible arrangements was out of this world. Ashleigh helped me with my order and she was so friendly and went above and beyond answering all my questions to pick out the arrangement I wanted, and might I add a super cool gal. The arrangement was delish and beautiful. Would recommend everyone to visit this location and if Ashleigh’s there you’re in great hands!

I needed a fun way to say “Thank You!” to some friends who babysat our cat while we were on vacation. I placed an order over the phone, it was ready next day! So perfect. My friends LOVED the chocolate covered strawberries and bananas.. they had it for breakfast! LOL! I will definitely be sending all of my thank you’s through Edible Arrangements in the future! Great experience, great owners, great service!!!

Lauren was so creative with explaining how to make sure my order got delivered the same day to its destination! They were out of what I originally ordered but they called right away to let me know and offered other options which were all also great! They made the process super simple and told me each step of the way with a phone call for when it was picked up and out for delivery! Thanks again !

She stops whatever she is doing even if she's not there she can contact you to fit your need. Suggestions, pricing ,service is 5 star and she is very caring. Thank you for always being there to deliver LOVE...to family friends and organizations who deserve a little treat. Thank you Fran for always assisting and Taylor for phone customer service. Always pleasant.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I just had to for this company. I had Major surgery on Friday and I’m unfortunately at home recovering while my daughter spends her double digit 10th birthday with my mother while I recover. I wanted to Do something special since I couldn’t be there in person. I called edible arrangements and explained the situation, and they just went well above and beyond my expectations. They understood you only turn double digits once and made sure to make this special for my little girl. They made their original birthday gift kit a little more special for my girl, and it turned out amazing. I am so happy I went with them. I highly recommend them and want to thank Fran so much for the wonderful customer Service, and for being so kind to me! I will definitely be ordering with them again in the future.
