I’m a 100% satisfied customer of Extra Space Storage in Trinity, FL. This establishment is safe, convenient, and the staff members are friendly and most accommodating. After a move to my new home in FL, I embarked on a whole house renovation and Extra Space Storage was the perfect solution to both vehicle storage and household goods storage. I cannot recommend this location strongly enough. There are lots of options to choose from; however, when it comes to service and safety for the collected treasures that reflect our life - this is the place to store them. Many thanks!

Easy process to rent a unit online, very nice and clean facility, and plenty of hand trucks on the premises to make moving boxes easy.

Kenneth is absolutely wonderful! I have been dealing with him for approximately seven years for a storage unit at this location. He has always been very helpful. He is also a nice guy and always friendly. Thank you so much for many years of great customer service!

The facility is so clean and I totally feel safe with the security they have in place. The employees helped me and walked me to see my new unit which they took the time to find a unit that was close to the one I was moving out of. They were so helpful.

This was my first time ever owning my own storage unit and Kenneth the manager on site was able to assist with everything. The 5×11 storage unit is an absolute perfect size for what I needed to put inside and it seems like there'd be plenty of more room for a lot more stuff. I'm so blessed that I was able to score this unit right before my move at the end of the month. He even showed me how to lock and unlock the unit which was an added bonus. The best part is that this place is only 3 minutes and literally down the road from my new apartment.
