This was the worse experience I have ever had with anyone working with the public. The ladies are absolutely rude and they are, without hesitation, racist! Frankly, it's disgusting. You should be embarrassed to have employees that have no ability to keep their personal judgements on people's accents, color, or any differences, work for you. Do better eyeworld! The comment from 2 weeks ago was on point and you did NOTHING to change.** Do not go to this location if you have any family, friends neighbors, etc. that are of a different ethnicity*

Update: Problem resolved completely. I live outside of the country and had to wait till I was back in the US but everything was finally resolved!Similar experience with this place as others. Glasses were not made properly. Long story - Going to be a fiascho to get what I paid for.

I strongly believe that it is all about experience where ever you go! This place does not offer that at all. The girls at reception are super rude, they talk loud with weird tone and swear after talking to clients over the phone, talking people down! Definitely not a place if you are not white, as they pick upon who they will talk nicely with. Also, the girls need basic training on using the magic words rather that raised voice and aggressive language!About Dr. D, I need doctor to suggest when asked for an opinion… her answer to everything was “if you think you need it take it, if not then don’t. Which was strange, how about some facts… you are on your own!I did speak to the office manager about my experience and he also had nothing much to say.I won’t recommend this place to anyone and more so if you’re not the preferred color!Had to give 1 star to submit this review, as per me they don’t even deserve that!

Was there today 11-7-2023 for an exam. My wife had been here a few times since they have been at this location. For me, it was actually my 1st time in 30 years having my eyes examined. So I was a little apprehensive not knowing what was going to be asked of me as a new patient? So my anxiety was kind of activated as soon as I walked through the doors. We were taken back to the examination office area. And were asked to fill out their 3 page questionnaire. My wife had no problem whisking through her paperwork, and on to her examination. For myself, I was having some issues focusing on getting through my questionnaire, and was slowly going over each and every question. Trying to make sure I had answered them all as correctly to my knowledge as possible. But as my anxiety increased. I had made an error on one of the questions. And I felt I needed to redo the whole entire page. So not only was my anxiety getting higher every minute, my (OCD) kicked in as well. Now I was able to obtain another copy of this certain page of the questionnaire. And the two ladies behind the desk, wern't really understanding why I needed to redo the whole one page. But I didn't feel I needed to let them know of how I was feeling at this time. Or why I felt that I needed to redo this entire page. I tried very hard to be as calm as I could, and just get through this entire ordeal. I can sense that the young ladies were very confused on my actions. And were just trying as hard as I was to get me through the examination. So I just wanted to sincerely apologize to both of them for my actions today. Again, I don't feel these two young ladies had any clue of how I was feeling. And I really didn't expect them too. But in the end they both were phenomenal, and continued with their smiles and to try their best to help me. You, as a company should feel lucky to have them both working for you. After all was said and and done, I know I do.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 stars for these two young ladies. I promise the next time I am there. I will for sure be a lot more comfortable having these two young ladies helping me through the process. Thank you for your understanding.

KUDOS to the General Manager Tyler for assisting me and my husband a disabled VET with his glasses. Tyler provided EXCELLENT Customer Service. I highly recommend he provide his staff with CS training.

Amazing service! All staff members were polite, thorough, and happy to compare prices under my insurance. They had my new glasses ready in about an hour!!!

Tyler welcomed me when I first walked in. I explained that my glasses were broke but I didn’t buy them at Eyeglass World. I bought them at Optical Outlets in Tarpon Springs. I went there and was told they could only transfer the lenses to the exact frame that they no longer had in stock. I would have to buy all new glasses. I had picked out 3 frames the exact same size at Optical Outlets but she refused to do it. Tyler listened to my story, walked right to a display and quickly found 3 pair that would work. He transferred the lenses and I was on my way. What a huge difference in customer service. I will be back.

What a wonderful experience!!I was helped by Meg and Mr. Washington was helped by Danielle. They were so helpful and kind. Dr Cochran was phenomenal as well. We both recommend the alternative to dilation and the Dr explained everything. Mr Washington and myself are so happy with our same day glasses. We can see in 4K. Thank you to everyone including Carl in the lab as he worked so hard so we could pick up all 4 pairs same day. It was a pleasure to meet everyone. We will be back with the kids and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you again, WE CAN SEE. ✨✨✨✨??????????

Not a bad eye place for a typical corporation. However, know before you go, if you want to use your previous frames for an updated prescription (even purchased from here) you will pay an extra $20 because you aren’t buying new frames (company policy per employee). So one way or another you’re paying for frames. Edit: Location in review.

I went there with a prescription from my doctor, ordered my glasses and when they where ready I was called to get them. The prescription was typed into their computer incorrectly, all I got was a blurry vision when I tried them, we reordered them and waited another ten days, again called back, one pair had only one of the two lenses coated with anti glare and the other pair was again blurry. After them viewing the glasses, they told me that the prescription was upside down in one lens, really! They gave me a 20% discount off my bill after I asked for it. for my inconvenience. Reordered the glasses a third time, I was called in after 13 days and said they were ready, I went in and they said only one pair was ready and the other was in transit and should be coming in a few days, so after trying on the pair that was in and checked out ok, I told them to refund the second pair, I didn't want them anymore, they said she had to get the manager to do that, so she went in the back to get her, after a few minutes of waiting she comes out with the manger and said oh it's your lucky day we have your other pair in the back! Really, so they miraculously appeared, (thought they were in transit) only after I asked to cancel the order and wanted a refund! (my lucky day, (what kind of business ethics is that) The help they have their do not care about their customers, and are not customer friendly! They look at you if their being bothered. What a bad experience for any customer spending their hard earned money to go through. By the way I had given them two stars only because they gave me a 20% discount when I asked for it. or they would of gotten one star otherwise.

I got an eye exam at this location and I have Never Been Able to wear the glasses I got for very long because the prescription triggers migraine headaches and I cant see anything up close with them anyways! I have to hold everything about a foot from my face. Ridiculous. I cant wait to get a new prescription and lenses somewhere else. Just skip this place. Really.
