Kara was great.However Jeanette was the worse.She lied and i have proof.She also took money from checking account back home and put it into savings. Leaving me no way to pay bills. They also don't offer checks..I was never given any paperwork that showed money that had been put in. I needed to call main office to find out...?

Visited this branch today about issues with my accounts. Jeanette P. was extremely unprofessional from the time I stepped into her office. Did not greet, or even ask for my ID to verify I was the account holder. Anything I said, there was a combative remark and focus was not on me as a customer. Instead kept commenting hie hungry she was, didn’t even have the door shut for privacy of my information. As a customer for 10 plus years, this was horrible customer service. Will be moving my accounts elsewhere.

I called for assistance regarding the same issue ive been calling about for two weeks, ivvette picked up today, didnt even let me finish what a needed to say and just said “someone will call you back” this is the 7th time in 2 weeks this is said to me and then noone calls me back. Ivvette needs to be written up this is ridiculous… updare* just called back and bank manager katrina was very nasty, rude, had an attitude in every word she spoke. After this situation is resolved i will be closing my account and switching banks.

Everyone here always got an attitude, this starts from management. There is usually one staff running the teller line. Management,please get some training along with your employees on providing better service. No customer wants to deal with rude and an unfriendly employee.

There's no one here to help...I wait every time I try to deposit... 20-30 minutes. There's only one teller for the lobby and the drive up! I've been waiting 18minutes and no one has even collected the carrier to process my deposits! Such poor service...but someone will say they're sorry...and do nothing to improve!

Third time here to deposit cash. Every time 1 teller. 2-3 people in line and 2 cars at drive thru. Ridiculous.

While banking here is normally effortless Im infuriated with the stupidity of requiring a vender to call and verify a cancellation through a conference call. I gave the hold release code, gave proof of cancellation, and verified I was who I said I was. Requiring a conference call is absolutely ludicrous. You are holding my money for no reason and you have the ability to release it at any time.

HORRIBLE. I obtained a loan through 5/3 a couple years ago. Due to hard times I ended up missing one month’s payment. The terrible app and online interface had ZERO information about my arrearage. I tried to call them, and was unable to speak to anyone because I was unaware of what my account number was (it is blanked out on statements and my phone). Tried to chat feature, which was generic and also worthless. After making extra payments (and always paying the minimum), I was STILL assessed a $35 late fee each month. $140 in fees later, I FINALLY spoke to someone. Then get this- got disconnected after being on hold and in rotation for an hour while asking for a refund of late fees. This is STILL unresolved, and I am thoroughly fed up with their poor customer service, terrible app and web page interface, and horrible “chat” feature. Never missed a payment in years, and this is how I get treated. One payment missed and they capitalize on it and charge you late fees, and make it so you can’t find out exactly what your arrearage amount is. I smell a class action coming.

My husband I began the process of refinancing our home back in September 2020. Since 5/3 is where our current mortgage was with, we figured it would be a quick, easy process. We couldnt have been more wrong! We were informed that we would need a 5/3 account in order to receive the 2.99%. We immediately go down and open the account with 20k in money market account. Meanwhile,When it becomes November and December and we’re no closer to a closing date… Our original contact person quit. I believe it was the assistant who finally informed us that we would have a mew loan specialist working with us. By now, its end of January, first of February and the application process must begin again. Another hard pull on our credit—- by March and April we found that nothing was moving any differently, we began process with another company. We have closed and are happy. If you ate considering Working with Fifth Third’s I would certainly steer clear.
