I will NEVER come back. They unlock EACH self checkout and a clerk scans your items in personally and when asked he stated,”because of theft.” I was made to feel like a criminal, and I’ve NEVER stolen anything! I will NEVER EVER step foot again and if other Five Belows are like this, I will not shop there again! Be ashamed of yourselves and do better!

I popped in for a quick look around & while I was there I noticed that my shoe was giving me a blister on my heel.
I asked an employee (Diane) if they had bandages but they were out of stock. So Diane grabbed a few for me off of the employee work cart.
It may seem small to some people but to me it was a huge help!
She went above & beyond for me & I really appreciate it!

Everytime I go to this location it's clean and they help you with any questions. The products are organized and easy to find. Highly recommend.

Walked up to the doors today at 6:53, a female worker walked up to the doors to tell us “we close at 7” only needed to walk in for one thing and would’ve been in and out in 5 minutes. I work retail too and it is absolutely unacceptable to deny customers before posted closing time.

Turns people away at the door before close time. There was a whole 7 minutes till close which would've been more then enough time for what we came for.

Store had quite a few people in it especially for the time of day 100.
And being the second day of school. Still a good amount of school supplies left for those that might have forgotten something and as usual all kinds of neat things to browse. The lady at the check out very pleasant. She spoke as I entered the store and thanked me as I paid for my purchase 👍👍

It's a mess but I don't think you can blame the employees on that as everyone seems to let their kids run hog wild in here.

10 self checkout registers all closed and have to wait for someone to come to scan 1 item for me, very effective!
