This location should be closed down!! I called to see about a product they offer and when the associate answered my phone died. I called kmit back and the associate just sat there pressing buttons in my ear.I gave it some tome in between calls and still when the associate answered they would just press buttons in my ear.. im reporting this store to the FTC and county commissioner and I will make sure something is done.. Whoever manages this store and whoever works there definitely shouldn't be working here.. flat out rude and disgusting

So love the store in general, not a bad Selection of games. But and a big but there a guy there that is just a buzz kill. Always crying, Always Affording you when you come to the store. Hes so mad about hrs and staff and a ladder and what OSHA would say. Omg bro go work with me and my guys and pour concrete. Ok. You will quit. Always nice day time guy andrew I think. But some of the evening guys, BIG CRY BABYS OR B'S really. ✌?Game stop as a whole love ya.

**BUYERS BEWARE**Went in to the store to purchase and Xbox Series X, while ringing up the employee told me it was (REQUIRED) to sign up for their pro membership with every single purchase of a console. Turns out they get commission on every pro member they sign up and they wouldn’t let me buy without it. They lie to you and they are scammers. Do not shop here.

This location was awesome thanks to the staff! The two working on Monday, 8/1/2023 were high energy and super friendly! They were very informative and helped me with info about my rewards. I wish everyone were as pleasant out in public as these two were!

I’ve been in this location maybe four times. The gentleman behind the counter with the orange beard with glasses has always been very informative and very kind. I hope GameStop can reward him for going above and beyond. He is so knowledgeable on every subject regarding games and game companies. The company should really look at moving him into a corporate position in the company.

Customer Services - For JunitoThis message is probably over due. If you still work there Junito, this is for you! Last year (2022) my fiancee and I entered gamestop looking for the Lego Star Wars Blue Milk figure that came with the preorder. Needless to say, the 3 of us started conversating.Junito informed us that we should attempted to play it takes 2, a fun coop for couples. Now enter 2023, a stressful time for myself and my fiancee. We remember the game and download it in anticipation. I cried here and there. This game was one of the best! Thank you for recommending it to us!

This place sucks and so does the customer service I was in there 20 minutes and it was for nothing they could not help me!!! Blamed it on poor internet service and the Manager was No help either!!!

I have called 6 different stores (mainly this one) because I need a simple question answered and I don't need anything in the actual store. I have easily called over 20 times in the last couple days trying to reach this store and other surrounding stores. GameStop cannot be that busy to where they can't answer the phone over the course of many days at varying times and varying locations. This is a problem that management needs to address, people shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get in contact with your associates when they need your help.

The web site stated that the store opened today at 9AM. I called last night at approximately 945pm and asked if the had any PS5 disc ver available, the employee said yes members only,which I am, unable to make it last night I showed up at 850AM this morning at the front door of Game Stop with my PS4 to trade in. 2 men pulled into the parking lot looked at me then proceeded into the Publix, came out of Publix shortly after and walked to the game stop .They said we don't open until 10AM and they didn't have any PS5's.When I mentioned about the web site stating the store would be open at 9am they ignored me , and we'll I told them I called before closing the night before was told they did have PS5 disc ver for members only the were dismissive.Why if they saw me standing in front of the store didn't they tell me they did not open until 10, why was the store hours incorrect on the web page, and why was I told the night before they had several available next morning all sold out?

have been trying to call the store for some information. have called over a dozen times since Friday evening and not one time has the phone been answered or a call returned. very poor service have wasted multiple trips to the store as well as time and gas money to not miss out on a promotion for my son's collection simply because GameStop's lack of service.
