If you don’t like your stores return policy, get a different job don’t try to lie to the customer when he calls you out on it! You to read the back of the receipt where the return policies located! You don’t need a membership or an account with GNC to return your product if the receipt is present and within 30 days Ma’am!

I rarely leave reviews on individuals, unless they are horrible. But this guy working on 1/22/24 had fantastic customer service support, just seemed like a nice Person. I wish I could remember his name but if your company still commends, proper customer service, he deserves the appreciation, I told him general nutrition center was my first real job outside of high school, and then I was looking for a certain product, and he found it and Renewed my experience in the big chain, vitamin giant Because I normally order online through various sites

Bridgette was very knowledgeable of the products & answered all my questions.When ringing me up she was very thorough in making sure the discounts & correct rates applied. Her customer service was impeccable.

Not only are their prices more than double the websites that sell the products. I came in asking for a product, I was pointed in a direction then they proceed to talk about how gross the product I’m buying is. It’s one I bought on Amazon for a third of the price, I just thought I’d buy some to hold me over while it was in the mail.

I walked in the store and the lady behind the counter never even greeted me. I walked around the store for about 5 minutes without even being offered help. Do better!
