Go anywhere else. This place will tell you they can’t do the work and they will charge you anyway. Just got charged 110$ for them to tell me they can only change the tow on the front of my car. When the posted price is 79$ for all 4 tires.

I had a great experience at Goodyear Tire of new Port Richey. The lady at the counter was friendly and went that extra mile to make sure I was getting everything I needed. Tom installed the 24" wheels and tires. He got me in at time I was scheduled and after they were installed he went over the care. If your in the need of auto care or wheels they have a large variety to choose from and books you can order from. Stop in and check them out.Services: Tires

This place charged me $50.00 today to take a screw out of my tire & plug it.Price Gouging!!!!!!!!Never again.Do not recommend.

After visiting 4 alignment shops unable to aligned my 94 Supra, Mary set me up an appointment for the next day assuring me they had the proper alignment machine. The service tech was awesome coming out to review the alignment setting with me. Great experience all round.

Came in at 3pm on a Friday to get an oil change, the technician told me that my drain plug was stripped and it “wasn’t a project they felt like getting into on a Friday afternoon”- direct quote. Even if that’s true just make something up don’t be overtly lazy. Took it to the next shop where they removed my drain plug with a 12 point socket in about 20 seconds. I’m kind of glad a person that can’t handle a stripped drain plug wasn’t working on my car but, they need better training on either drain plugs or audacity.

Kimberly‘s run flat tire was punctured by a screw leading to a damaged tire. She just recently replaced the same tire for a similar reason. We went to GoodYear New Port Richey and had a fantastic experience with Mary and Tom. These folks are the salt of the earth. So welcoming, helpful, and most importantly - genuinely nice people. They took the time to look into the issue with the tire and in the end they would not repair it as the damage was in a place that could make the tire unsafe. We ended up back at the dealership where Kimberly purchased the tire and it ended up being under warranty. Goodyear New Port Richey did not charge us for their time or their experience.We highly recommend Goodyear New Port Richey for all of you automotive needs.Honest people with the utmost integrity!Gary and Kimberly

I am in New Port Richey visiting my daughter, who is a traveling nurse. Her car tire wouldn't hold air so we came here. Mary greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked through the door. I explained the issue and the car was immediately looked at. Mary did not have the right size tire in stock, so she ordered 2 tires at my request. The next morning (9:10 am) Mary called to let me know the tires were in. They removed the rim/tire to mount the new one and found the rim was bent. Luckily she had a rim in stock that fit. When they went to put the second tire on, they found that a second rim was bent! I decided to purchase 4 rims and 2 more tires for this car. Mary ordered the other 2 tires and called the next day when they arrived. I also had an alignment and an oil change done.I must say, the people here are some of the most friendly people I have met. I know my daughter's car will be safe to drive back home to Chicago at the end of her contract.Thanks to all of you at Goodyear Crystal Beach Tire & Auto!

Mary ostrowski literally saved our Christmas. She went out her way to find us a tire and rim when we broke down out of town she stayed late to wait for us to get to her and she was absolutely amazing and has a wonderful attitude. GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE OR A GIFT OR SOMETHING CAUSE SHE DESERVES IT!!!!!
