First off found a used vehicle on line, contacted the store and was contacted back by text. The salesman seemed to be interested in taking care of my needs until I asked for number through text. He said you have to come in! I explained I was almost 2 hours away and my time is as valuable as theirs is and would like more info over phone. I sent my vin# and pictures of my trade, after a few days they said please come in to complete the deal. So after the drive down and taking time to test drive then to let them look over my vehicle I was told take a moment he will be ready in 5 minutes. After 3X of 5 minutes I was approached and told he is ready. I was lead to an open room full of normal tables and customers sitting discussing transactions. Was asked several times questions about my trade then was told let me check on the manager. After 3X more of just 5 minutes I waited over 30 and still no response. I proceeded to leave, only then did I draw attention and as I reached my vehicle to leave the salesman came towards me to delay me once more stating he is almost finished you know how long it takes to print prices! I told him I am tired of waiting I’m not one of the other sheep inside waiting to be lead around like a puppet. Contact me with bottom line number of the deal. So I waisted half a day aggravated my schedule and my customers to get no where with this place! It’s a joke! Even after the message I received stating we would love to make a deal before the end of the month we are ready to make another satisfied customer! Well I should suggest you learn that not all of us have all day to waste being left to sit while you see how long you can make them sit there in hopes that the customer will just give in and take whatever price you give them after stating how you are so ready! I’d hate to see how you treat walk in customers! And I might suggest get more employees! Learn how to respect customers time and the fact that we travel to you! There are hundreds of new and used car dealers and your just one of them no matter how many locations you have and how many names you work under there is always someone else willing to earn honesty the business of a valuable customer without taking up falsely leading them in! So after wasting my time I drove just 30 minutes and was able to make an awesome deal at a totally different dealership and look at the beautiful brand new truck they sold me! Again did not purchase it through any Sun Dealership!

This location inside of Sun Toyota was very busy for a Friday at noon. They were having computer issues and it took an hour and a half to complete my check-in. The only person working seemed overwhelmed but still friendly. I was even more surprised when she said she had to go outside and clean out the car I was about to rent. Obviously that means they don't even wipe or wash them between customers. Kind of gross being immunocomprimised. I cleaned it myself but found the whole experience stressful. Good idea to check your receipt to I was overcharged by $100. so she fixed it before I left. I wouldn't use this location again they don't have a drop box for after hour returns either. I'll go back to using Enterprise for my rental needs both here and in CT. I tried to save money and it wasn't worth it. Hopefully there won't be any surprises this weekend.

Very efficient and kind staff, shout out to jay for being an awesome employee! This was my first time ever getting a rental car and it was a quick and easy experience. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a rental car.

Lisa is horrible to work with. Rude when checking the car out initially and rude when turning the car back in as well. I can tell from previous reviews here that this is already known and management doesn’t care to address it. I only used hertz because I have AAA and there’s a rental benefit thru hertz. I can tell you that the free night was not worth the high price of the other nights of the reservation and definitely not worth the rude service provided by Lisa.

A Hertz employee Roger Costello hit me while I was at a stop light and then tried to take off. I had to catch him and Hertz has done NOTHING to help me out.He also begged me not to call the cops due to him drinking and driving while going through a custody battle.Do Not use Hertz rentals and definitely do not go to this location as he is a branch manager and they are SHADY.Update: The Hertz vehicle has been taken to the shop to get a quote and start working on damages. I have been given nothing by Hertz. It’s been a month and I am still driving my damaged vehicle. But they did send ME a bill for $2700. I’m sure Roger is driving a nice new rental car by now.

A Hertz employee, Roger Costello, hit me while I was at a stop sign. He then tried to take off making me chase him down over 2 miles to his apt complex. He had been drinking and got on his knees to beg me not to call the cops because he is going through a divorce and custody battle. My friends showed up and he admitted to them he had been out on a beer run. Hertz has done NOTHING to help me out. There was damage to their vehicle and they never filed a claim. I had to call in 4 times to actually have a claim filed and get a claim number. Since then, still no adjuster has been assigned to my claim. Do NOT use Hertz rentals and definitely do not go to this location. They are SHADY and Roger is the branch manager

Not helpful at all.Drove 40 minutes because I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to answer a simple question. Waste of time. Easier to rent off turo.

They said that we were good to go online and then we even called them to double check and when we got there and waited around for the impolite service of the employees we finally got to sit down and get told that there was nothing available that we had posted and instead of giving us what we wanted they told us we're sorry we can't help you.

Worst experience ever!!! Lisa is unorganized she told me I could keep the insurance on the rental car for one week and she would call me back to take it off while things get sorted with my real car. A week came and went and she did not call when I called her back, she told me that my card has been charged the insurance fee for the past two weeks and that she can’t take it off. She said she went on vacation and it is what it is. I was told to go to a nearby hertz so that they could take the insurance off and so I did, and the guy who helped me TOLD ME IT WAS TAKEN OFF. That hertz was just as unorganized as this one, because there was some mixup and the insurance still on. For an hour I was on the phone going back and front between customer service, this hertz and the other hertz trying to take the insurance off and trying to figure out what went wrong and why was there some mixup. My card has been charged with 3 weeks worth of insurance now. Eventually, I was on the phone with this hertz manager Roger. He told me to drive 40 minutes to him so that we can get this issue sorted out. I did that and when I got there, he told me everything was fine and sorted out…..so I didn’t need to drive the 40mins for something he could’ve told me over the phone. I brought that up to him and He brushed me off and helped the next customer. They don’t care. Plain and simple.When I went to drop the car off after I was done with the rental Roger was still rude with me. He didn’t give me a ride back to the Collision center like he was supposed to I had to order a Lyft and then charge my card to extra $400. They know they are going to get your money regardless and that you have to pay so they treat you anyway. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HERTZ OR ANY HERTZ!!!!!

This was my first time renting a car from hertz . It's was quite simple and I didn't want to give the car back. Hertz is located inside the Honda dealership. It was lovely inside fit with a cafe, endless televisions and friendly faces . I can't remember the gentleman's name who help me . Tall man, super friendly, he could probably deadlift any car on the lot if he wanted to. Lol I was given a Buick encore. Loved it. It was clean got and me around for 3 weeks. I did end up extending my rental agreement and it was a breeze. Went online and badda boom got it for an extra few days. Like I said I didn't want to give it back. I would definitely recommend using hertz again .

I am not happy with the car I rented. I ask did they have a different car to rent cause it was dents missing paint and missing parts and I was going to a wedding and wanted something nice . I had to take the car cause I had no choice.

Would give them 0 stars if i could!!!Shady business practices ...2 months later after my rental, my credit card was charged 2x the amount stated on my receipt. Thankfully i noticed this fraudulent charge and called Hertz immediately. They issued me a refund minus some "taxes" they claimed to have forgotten to charge my earlier. I had no choice but to accept my partial refund. Never again will i do business here! Stay Away!!! Go to Budget Rental ..it's cheaper and there aren't shady fraudulent charges on your card 2 months later. ?
