Car advertise online for a certain price. Came in ready to buy it. Then when they got the numbers together, they added $2000 to base price. This was not the price that was advertised online. it wasn't the tax or the dealer fees or anything. It was just an extra amount onto the price of the car. That was not the sales price that was online. Would've bought the car if they would've been honest upfront. Would never do business with them again.

My service writer JAY, I want to say even though it was busy you were exceptional! I was greeted with a smile. That made my day especially after hitting a USPS van mirror, making me already an hour + late. Yes, my mirror connected with a USPS, mirror. He made my day. He listened to my issues, was informative pleasant joked, pre during and post delivery. Thank you!! Wait was worth it. I used to going to the main dealership on 19, where seems I knew a few from there. Great experience. Will be coming back. Even saw Roxanne, who was great always. My mother was adamant about using this dealership and the New Car dealership as well. Since the purchase of the car, service has been subpar at best... my mom insisted that we go based on the free maintenance for x amount of time- fair, but no more since it's been three years. Takes two weeks for an oil change, takes 3 hours to get your car back, they give you the same useless options of service every time you go: two ways to clean your AC, and two different fuel additives with a grand total of around 500 dollars. All declined of course. but when you go out of your way to say what's wrong with the vehicle, they will not take note and entrust the technician to find the issue. Mine was a head light that was out, not written by Roxanne, overlooked by technician, and when i said i'd go somewhere else, she begged me to stay for it to be fixed, and then they only changed ONE BULB so my other headlight went out within 12 hours. "The customer is always right" is not a motto of this dealership. Roxannes response was "we fixed it quickly," first off, the issue was not fixed and time was wasted, secondly, listen to your customer. A nurse doesnt hear a patient say that they have a broken arm and say "hmm the doctor will see about that."Get real.

My fiancé and I had an amazing experience purchasing a Toyota Highlander a few weeks ago. We had been to dealerships and pressured to overpay for cars that were older and had more miles on them then the one we ended up getting from Jack.We had some unique circumstances since my car (that we were trading in) was still registered in another state and Jack, Jarrod and the team worked quickly to ensure we could drive our (new to us) 2021 Highlander off the lot the same day. We never felt pressured and they listened to our needs and got our payments where we wanted them.Jack offered us (and our toddler) drinks and snacks and gave us some resources on new car insurance since Geico’s rates were going to more then triple my current payment. Literally the best car buying experience I have ever had.

MIKE THE GM SAID GO ELSE WHERE TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!! Mike the "general manager" for Hyundai used sales is an absolute rude joke!!! Please listen to the call on 8/24/23 at around 4:00pm with Mike was the absolute worst experience I've ever had in the 7 years of purchasing vehicles here. He's nasty, won't negotiate, wanted me to drive & hour & a half just to get numbers. It's going to drop or bring my credit score up either way you prick!How can someone so immature, ignorant, and nasty sell vehicles?!?!?! I will NEVER BE BACK AND WILL MAKE SURE I LET EVERYONE KNOW GO ELSE WHERE!!!!!!!! Super disappointed in this dealership and will do anything in my power to get this Mike character out of the picture. Someone please listen to the call he's sooooooo rude & unprofessional to the customers!

Definition of a Fink:noun - an unpleasant or contemptible personverb - fail to do something promised or expected because of a lack of courage or commitment!!BUYER BEWARE!!Hyundai of New Port RicheyThey advertised a used car for $23,900 on their website. By the time I test drove and waited for the final price, the cost of the car came back at $30,800.That is a $6,900 increase or 30%!!! Everyone should expect hidden costs such as tax, dealer fees, title, tags, etc. But on a car advertised at $23,900 these should be nominal costs.... maybe up to 15% of total value. That is expected and normal by most people's standards.BUT, 30% is a big problem.30% indicates Bait and Switch or illegal fraud.30% indicates someone trying to take gross financial advantage of someone else, which is completely shameful especially at this price point.30% is just dishonest, immoral, and unethical.And I learned from the Sales Manager named Charlie that the pricing was not a mistake. He admitted to the bait and switch tactic saying that they needed to compete with other dealers in the area that do the same thing.Are things that bad for this huge dealership that they have to use illegal tactics to get people in the door? Complete waste of 2 hours of my time today. Btw, I have full documentation with photos. The false ad is still up taking advantage of people. No two sides of this story, no alternative facts today. Just a big dealership exhibiting pooooor behavior!Buyer Beware! Don't become a victim of a Fink at Hyundai of New Port Richey.

I have bought numerous cars and I was always nervous. I just had the best experience at this dealership. My salesman was Robert Wirth and for the first time I felt so comfortable and was amazed how he listened to me on what I wanted and how he went out of his way to make it happen! I would highly recommend going to see him.Even the service department was amazing. We noticed a nail in our tire of our new purchase we took it in and Roxanne in the service department took care of everything and was so amazing! I highly recommend going there because of my experience! Anyone who buys a car should experience the quality of service I got!

This place is amazing! I really dislike the LONG process of buying a car, HOWEVER, Chris and the finance manager, MADE IT A BREEZE!!!!! I noticed right away that Chris was not PUSHY. He was there to show us anything we wanted,but not pushy. When we found a car, he was up front with the pricing, no back and forth, he came out with the best they could do and we could see that he was being honest and truthful. My experience here was great!!! I initially was not EVEN LOOKING at a Hyundai, however, I found one and fell in love with it and took her home! Do yourself a favor and give them a shot!

Just had to share my experience! From the moment I arrived I felt at ease, welcomed and comfortable. Joe was my sales guy and he was amazing! He helped me find a great vehicle and made the whole car buying process as painless as possible… dare I say fun!!? He helped me get into something within my budget and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my purchase. Joey in finance was super friendly and nice as well. Overall, fantastic customer service and I will be referring all my friends/family here for their future car buying needs!

I live in **************, and I purchased my Hyundai Sonata Sport Turbo from Hyundai of New Port Richey Certified Used Cars just a little over 2 years ago. Albeit I have a Hyundai dealer and service department just 3.7 miles from me, I gladly drive just over an hour and the **** miles ***** to New Port Richey to get my car serviced. I understand that some people might think that a little strange but to me its so well worth it. I have always put excellent customer service and unparalleled, state of the art service as equal valued qualities at the top of my list of priorities and Hyundai of New Port Richey fits the bill at a 100+% on both counts plus much, much more. On multiple occasions it has been proved more than worth the time and extra mileage driven. My Service Advisor, ***************** and the quality staff of the Service Manager, ********************* has always surpassed the Norm that most people would expect in those entrusted in caring for their vehicle. Their ease of dealing between their completeness in explaining what needs to be done and the estimating the time it will take is surprisingly, On the Money accurate and truthful. I could easily go on with more accolades, but it would just be an exercise in redundancy, needless to say that I wouldnt hesitate for one second in referring someone to take the time and effort to take their vehicle to their service department and the time and gas it will take to get there returns handsomely in the results you receive.
