We were sent a 40 percent of coupon to use in the store, so I went picked out a pair of shoes and bag of socks but when I got to the cashier I was told I can't use the coupon when I asked why I was told only on certain items I then asked what items and they were unable to tell me which items. So I left the products sitting at the counter and I left I will never go back reminds me another store I will never go back to that's target. The coupon scam is just to get you in the store so sad be honest stop ripping people off our government is doing a good job of that.

The Port Richey, Florida store has amazing staff. They are.always willing to answer any questions. Show a shopper where a specific item is located.

Kohls Port Richey, FL is a real nice department store. It reminds me of how stores used to be. The associates are friendly and helpful. I find this store full of the kind of clothing I wear and the sales make them affordable. I've found great small appliances at great prices. Bought an air fryer for my daughter and it was perfect for her small apartment in the city and just found a perfect personal blender for myself. I'm pleased with Kohls and so happy to be able to use Kohls charge and rewards.

Store is neat & clean, including ladies dressing room. I think they should have shopping carts at every entrance. They seem to be lacking in that dept.
