Mary was very nice and very kind to help my wife with her blood work today it’s a pleasure to go to Walgreens very clean and neat the store was mostly all in stock very nice,coming from Connecticut it’s a lot different in Florida, thank you for having a labcorp so convenient for the elderly

All around bad. Crammed little corner in Walgreens. Poor service, no privacy, and failure to conduct the proper test. They wasted the sample.

What is the point of scheduling an appointment and providing insurance information IN ADVANCE only to be told they do not accept your insurance the day you arrive after a 12 hour fast? Ridiculous.

Horror!!! I will never go again and do not recommend it to anyone! I sat waiting for 3 hours. The healthcare worker punctured my vein while drawing blood. My arm hurt a lot and 4 days later it still hurts and turned blue.

My mother is 76 years old, on her 14th surgery which removed her large intestine and colon. She is barely able to walk. We had Lab appointments at walgreens labcorp mass and rowan. They were closed!! What the heck??? Without even telling anyone, No emails, no notice! You did this to my mother, who desperately needed these results as she is starving to death and fighting urine infection constantly! What the heck is wrong that you can't be bothered to tell your patients your not gonna be open? Worst business practices todate! Wouldnt even leave you 1 star but you didn't give me a choice!

Mary was wonderful! Refreshing to find a LabCorp that understands the patients needs. I asked for a butterfly and was told sure, no problem. Any others I have gone to, have given me a hard time and made excuses to try to not give me one. While the wait was quite long, she was by herself, and didn't act upset nor frustrated that the chairs outside were full. She was pleasant and she deserves a raise. Well done Mary, and thank you for your kindness. God bless.

Don’t bring your small children here for blood work. Completely unprofessional and unorganized! I had an appointment booked for over a month for my 5 year old to get blood work done here. After arriving for the 7:30 appointment we were called back at 8:00am. The technician immediately ask me if this appointment was for my child. I was confused why she was even asking she had all his information in front of her as this is a scheduled appointment. She then asked me if I had brought anyone else with me. I told her no, why would I? All of a sudden she went on about how she can not help him here and that I need to try another location because they only had 1 technician and they need two people to hold the child down while she takes his blood. Very unprofessional that I waited a month for this appointment and was not told anything about this! On top of that why was I waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes past my appointment to be told he can not be seen! The lady had no explanation or care in the world. You are truly treated like sheep here. They don’t even know who their patients are.

Worst experience… after more than hour plus waiting to be called (I was a walk in…as were pretty much everyone was) they had called back a total of 4 patients…. When I got there were only about 5 people waiting… the area filled up quickly. I checked the monitor and didn’t even see my name. People were getting upset… no one came out to explain or give an update. Ugh I went on line to make an appointment…. the next available appointment was 2/8/23… today being 2/3/23… that is ridiculous… Left came home to find another lab covered under my insurance… unfortunately Labcorp is my only option…. made an appointment at another Labcorp for next Monday earliest was 1:15… may try to walk in earlier… my lab work requires fasting…. As for the people today they were complaining that they had been fasting for today’s visit… they were upset about being hungry and with there conditions they need food for there medications. The lab is open from 7am to 3pm… shame on Labcorp for such awful service and customer service

Disappointed.
Opens at 7:00.
Did not take first patient until 7:15.
20 people waiting already.
Not enough chairs for elderly.
I will say the phlebotomist was fantastic.
I didn't feel a thing.

I went in for a drug test I needed for a job. I went in on a whim b/c no one answers the phone or calls you back when you leave a message. As I was signing in on the little computer, The lady with Blonde hair & Blue eyes, told me the gentleman that was sitting down was the last person she was gonna see and was going to close {this was at 12 something I don't know if it was just for lunch or for the day} and told me come back tomorrow she was very rude & shut the door in my face.
