Great staff across the board! Helpful and informative. Made my purchase easy to make a decision. Key note taking away from the experience is the ladies are married to Veterans! There were NO Pressure or sales tactics. As an Iraq Combat Marine I appreciate the warm hospitality and their services rendered. Kudos to everyone that was working today!

Just bought my second mattress from this store. The salespeople are so patient, they answered all of my questions, and they gave me time and space to test the mattresses and make up my mind. No high pressure selling. I feel very confident in my purchase-love the mattress I chose. I love shopping here!

I've been comparison shopping for a mattress, getting some good finds and prices. After comparing mattresses and adjustable frames, I decided on the ones I liked at Mattress Firm. It was the firmness I wanted, along with the frame that will work best for us. The holiday price for everything was also within my range. The sales personnel were very knowledgeable about their products and personable. They explained and demonstrated everything I had questions about. I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Trinity.

My wife and I visited the Trinity Mattress Firm store and was greeted by Jeremy, our new “Mattress Expert”. He was very professional, courteous and patient with us. I've bought my fair share of mattresses over the decades and so come with experience. Jeremy of Mattress Firm, Trinity, FL was, truly the best "sleep expert" of all. He was the perfect blend of personable and thorough knowledge of his product lines... and believe me, I came loaded with my must have's and brand-model names to try out. He offererd additional possibilities so I could have closest match to what I needed. The bottom line I'm delighted to have had Jeremy assist me, and most delighted with final choice.

I had an Amazing experience with Mattress Firm in Trinity. I went in pretty much knowing what I wanted. So I thought. Jeremy Smith took the time to educate me on each type of mattress that would suit me, as I like my bed really really soft. The process was no pushy, very educational and I think the price was great! I did price check three stores and Mattress Firm was by far the most fair in prices and they KNOW mattresses. Thank you Jeremy, you sold me the Best bed and made the process seamless! **HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!***
