“Maybe it's coming from NYC and then coming from S. Florida, but when I visited this post office on Byrd Drive, I was shocked by the amazing service and how pleasant the staff are. Even when the line is long, the staff are so friendly and take the time to explain everything. No bad attitude, no impatience. It was not just a one-off experience, it's been really good the multiple times I have been here that I never mind when I have to stop by here to pick up my packages.😅”

“These postal workers need more appreciation then they get. They stand all day on there feet. They deal with all walks of life people. They deal with so many different things daily. Including passports, shipping, post office boxes, selling stamps etc. They are so busy here. But they all still continue to serve each and every customer with a smile on there face and they are very patient. They are very well trained at there job. So much going on and so much to handle. I just wanted to thank each and everyone of them for all what they do for me and thousands of others. Great staff. Helpful and friendly. God bless you all.”
