I’ve been to the shop many times never had no problems before but today I brought in a brand new BMW for a new tire. My rims were spotless. I took pride in my rims and the way I drive so I don’t mess them up. Not to mention I have 360 parking camera that detects anything close . And now I have a huge gash in my right rim, which is one of the ones that they put on a tire and took off a tire. I knew better than to bring this car to this type of shop because they’re not gonna care for it like BMW would. So thanks for the damage appreciate ill never come back to yall again

What a great place! Courteous and friendly service all throughout, starting from the many phone calls I made due to my lack of experience with cars and tires, to the in-person appointment when I picked the car up. They never made me feel inferior or stupid (which is a common experience women have with mechanics). They were quick, efficient and reasonably priced. They were also flexible with a last-minute repair on another vehicle of mine. I won't go anywhere else again.

Alan and the team were a blessing. Had to do a tire change and alignment before my drive back to California and they took good care of me and the car. Highly recommend

Took it to precision for one thing. Got it back with new leaks and issues. Never had any leaks before I took it here. 9 months later, the original repair is failing. They said it has a 12month warranty but they refuse to fix it unless I pay them more money.Response to the owner's response:The throw out bearing tweets like a bird when the clutch is not engaged. The Tweety bird noise only stops when the clutch is engaged. A wheel bearing doesn't make noise when the car is idling. A throw out bearing DOES. I was told by your shop that the grinding and tweeting noise is because of a bad wheel bearing in the front passenger side. I already replaced that wheel bearing. It solved nothing. And I was told by YOUR shop that if I want you to look THE CLUTCH again, then I will have to pay a diagnostic fee. And that "gentleman on the phone" was told that you will only replace the clutch kit under warranty if I replace the wheel bearing. Well, it's replaced, now. None of the noises are gone. Not a SINGLE NOISE has stopped. I also replaced the control arms and the reservoir pump hose that y'all damaged when you replaced the clutch kit. (I am not implying that you damaged the control arms. Only the reservoir pump hose)I left a review when I first got the repair done, but that review was removed, somehow. My original review was regarding the fact that when I got the car back, there was suddenly a ps leak AND new noises which I had to diagnose, not normal noises and problems for a new clutch kit because things got damaged during the clutch kit replacement, none of which was TOLD to me, and the fluids that leaked during the repair job were not replaced. And it says in the Precision contracts that you are not liable for any damage caused to vehicles that you are repairing. So, there's nothing I can do about that. Pretty convenient clause to slip in there. No liability for repairs done, nor damage done, but of course you can put a lien on a vehicle if you don't get paid. I had hoped that you would at least honor the clutch kit warranty, but I can no longer trust your shop considering the whole series of events.I was told I have to pay a diagnostic fee if I want you to ACTUALLY look at the issue and you won't replace a CLUTCH KIT under warranty unless I replace a WHEEL bearing. All of this is Straight FACTS.Just a warning to anyone out there that doesn't know anything about cars. This is a great way to generate repeat business.Response to owners 2nd response:Not trying to get free work. When I had a mechanic look at the issue, they informed me that the throw out bearing seems to be the issue. Mechanic inspected the vehicle while it was idling. Noticed the noise that I was concerned about and stated it seems to be the throw out bearing. According to this paperwork from your shop... That was replaced with the clutch kit. So, I was told to bring it back to your shop to be replaced under warranty. Because it's only been 9 months. That's ok. I get it. I didn't expect you to replace it under warranty.Just want other people to know that you don't always honor warranties and that you clearly state in the fine print that you are not responsible for any damage you cause to a vehicle.Again, I had NO leaks and the vehicle has been properly maintained. A clutch kit lasting 160k miles is pretty miraculous. And I understand that vehicles fall apart, but common courtesy would be to LET the owner know that you did not refill the brake fluid in the master cylinder after replacing a clutch kit, and that you caused a leak to the power steering system during the job.I'm not mechanically challenged. I know a thing or two about cars, even though I'm not a mechanic. For example, I know that the customer should not have to refill the master cylinder herself immediately after a $1400 clutch kit replacement. Fluids should be included in that. But at least that system is not leaking.Shouldn't have to inspect your own car after leaving a mechanic shop at all.

Great service! Great price! I made an appointment, they got me in early and out fast. Employees were friendly and courteous. I had a few questions and Alan went above and beyond making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. It was my first time here, and they gained a loyal customer!

Found tires on OfferUp. I messaged, and they responded promptly. The appointment: same day appointment. Four tires installed in 22 minutes! Outside of Nascar or F1, they may be the fastest. Not many businesses achieve 5 stars, but this 1 does. Pros: responsive, polite, professional, quick, and good prices. Cons: non found

I had a leak in one of my tires and expected to sold 4 new ones but the owner, Alan, was so helpful and understanding! He explained that he could fix this for me and had me on my way so I wasn’t late for work. So refreshing to not be talked down to and instead have someone listen to the problem at hand and fix it without upselling me. Thanks again Alan!

I have been to this shop twice now and both times the service has been remarkable. I have custom rims and they had the tire size I needed after hitting a pothole. I must have called 15 other places that didn't have my tire size and Precision did.And then I came back for an issue I was having with my vehicle bouncing and shaking and they found the problem immediately and fixed it. Their pricing is more than reasonable and their service is outstanding. Not to mention every time I've gone so far, I have been in and out. They get work done as quick as they can.I won't go anywhere else, and if I leave Pasco county, I'll make the drive here for service because it's service I can trust and that's hard to find. Thank you guys for everything!5 stars for quality, time and price. There's nothing else to be said except you should not be disappointed coming here.

Wow, a visit with this place was by far the best experience I've had in a tire shop! Very courteous people, over the phone and in person helping me find used tires in my trucks kinda hard to find size. Last ones but they had them, made an appointment and was literally in and out in 15mins or less!! Will definitely get my tires here from now on!

These guys are great !! Genuine, honest mechanics who should get more than good reviews in a world full of rip off mechanic shops. They are appointment only and are a full repair shop, not just a tire shop. They will handle any problem you have.

Big thank you to Allen and Precision Tire and Auto. We were traveling from out of town and woke up to find our car had a completely flat tire. Despite being fully booked on a Friday afternoon, they were able to work me in and repair our tire, saving us some massive headaches on our vacation. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
