THE WORST storage place you can possibility put your stuff in. The managers and staff and very rude. Word of mouth is everything. Need to clean house with your employees.

Very poor customer service employee let another customer in and locked the door as I was walking up to the door due to issues gaining access to the unit. Called customer service and they called while the employee was taking care of the other customer and he didn’t answer. Was told the store was closed. Update employee that locked the door called at 1750 to tell me he received a call from his boss to help me get in and he told me try again another day. After explaining that I needed the window unit for ac due to my mother in law having end stage copd. Very poor customer service do not rent here try another location

The space is fine, but none of your online systems to complete my reservation or even to pay the bill did not work. I received a text a few minutes ago with a link to give me directions to the location but when I clicked on it, it took me to an error page. Your online technology piece needs some serious help.

Reason why you should not store you valuables with Public Storage. 1.) The insurance you are forced to buy will not pay you in the event your items are damaged. Had everything I owned divided between 3 units my furniture and other items received water, rat, mold, and termite damage I received nothing from the insurance after providing pictures, receipts, and the forms they requested. 2.) The office staff is rude and hard to reach. 3.) you can never find a loading cary when needed, even when you are the only one on site. 4.) Why pay for aggravation when there are better places to rent from and with a professional staff to assist you.

the person at the front counter has a very snotty attitude. They tell you nothing about where the unit is located. There are a lot of other places with nicer people to rent from.

they kept upping my payment until i had to cancel my unit to avoid being overdrafted hundreds of dollars. when i went to move my things out of storage i had forgotten a dresser which i admit on my part was bad and i apologized for that and cane and got it after a long day of moving all my stuff out, someone had started putting their own things in my storage. when i addressed it the lady said it was my fault for leaving it open even though you have to in order to move your things out of it and started getting rude to me and saying im in charge of other people putting things in my unit. the thing they left is now broken and they told me they wouldnt find out who put it in there or inform them of it being broken. they're very rude and talk to you like you're just money to them. will not be going back ever. the place is also dirty most of the time and they refused to do payments to help me out and wanted all my money out flat. they also wouldnt let me change my own lock when i lost my key and i had to be charged for a whole new one instead of letting me use a cheap one i already had and it took them almost a month to remove the lock so i had to wait. im younger so they talked to me like i was a child who didnt know anything and could be bullied and manipulated. you're better off at one of the other storage places where they actually care about you and your stuff and not your money

Very easy to do an online reservation I was very impressed by that. However when I went over to look at the facility it’s totally unacceptable due to extensive renovations this cannot be easily observed from the street but as of 12-10-22 it was not possible to get a truck in there. So unless you want to carry your stuff a LONG way and store it in a facility that looks like something in a third world country, wait for the remodel to be completed. It was very easy to cancel my lease and it looks like I will be made whole but it’s a waste of my time.
