Incompetent customer service staff. The classic example of that happens when you give some hourly nobody the tiniest bit of power: they go mad with it.
I will shop somewhere that doesn't have power tripping staff.

Too many uncomfortable experiences with rude young cashiers that seem to be dating each other and one tried to hug me and the girl got mad. Im a grown woman I dont need a cashier love triangle issue..its not ok for your employees to try and HUG people. Management uses the term 'Hugger' for this and find it acceptable. I no longer visit this location because of it..and have to drive further away from my home.

My favorite Publix that I have visited ever!!! All Publix are generally clean well managed with friendly and helpful staff...yet somehow this one excels above the rest! The layout and variety of items makes finishing one's shopping list less of a chore and more of a pleasure and I have never loved going to the grocery store more than i do when coming here for my every need!

Publix is a supermarket where one can find just about anything. The pharmacy is very helpful, and the employees are courteous. The prices are higher than the same produce can be found somewhere else, and in some cases substantially higher. It would not be an exaggeration to save anywhere from $10 to $20 per shopping trip when buying the same items at another store.

Such great service!!! My sandwich got mixed up with the toppings (no big deal) so I called to see how to fix it, the deli manager personally drove the corrected sandwich to my house!!! Amazing!!! 1000000/1000000 stars if I could!

Parking lot needs it's lines repainted. People are always parked in the cross walk making navigating the parking lot dangerous with a cart.
It's hard to blame the people parking, when the lines are so worn.

Every time we order subs at this place, they never have all the ingredients on hand and always have to go searching for them. So, this time, we decided to just get chicken and potato wedges instead. But, of course, they were out of potato wedges and said it would take 10 to 15 minutes to make more.
