This hotel/resort has the nicest, most efficient staff I have ever dealt with. From reservation requests, room cleansing to friendliest staff. They stop at nothing to make your stay enjoyable.
Rooms: Beds comfortable. Rooms clean.
Mw, refrigerator, coffee maker helps your stay.
Safety: Walk around security 24 hrs.

We stayed here for 10 days, during the hurricane, and although we lost power on the last night (because of the hurricane) we were very pleased! Everyone from cleaning to office to maintenance was great, zero complains!

I was flooded out my house during the hurricane, I lost everything including my car...I choose this place because it was close to stores because of lack of transportation. I paid out my pocket to stay here and the prices double . So I Paid the extra fee to stay longer 1 night and I was told to leave a check out and come back at 3 pm , I was already in a room....this was the worst stay and worst time of my and other lives and the customer service was horrible. The staff treated us paying customers horrible never again......

Clean room, plenty of towels and emenites, nice daily room service, clean and large pool, a whole bar, ice machine, and handicapped accessible options. Also very close to a lot of food chains, groceries, and shopping, you can walk to almost anything you need

Jack and Sandy are very down to Earth, took maybe 10 min and executed everything perfectly ……They made me remember why I love Quality inn sooo much ….. my room was clean and in a perfect location ……. I’m all smiles ……..Thanks so much for professional and polite Staff I will come back and reference this particular hotel because of such a warm welcome every single time…… 5 stars for Jack and Sandy ! Thanks…..
Rooms: Room crisp and clean , very neat . The rooms also included a microwave, a refrigerator and a big TV very nice and very cozy.
Noteworthy details: ,property very nice and staff excellent .breakfast included too CANT beat that thank you

I've stayed here over a dozen times. Never had a problem. 2 weeks ago I had a room that looked like the door had been beaten in, ac make loud noises and couldn't keep the room cool during the day, the woman at the front desk got offended when I asked for more pillows (smallest pillows I've ever seen), and shower water pressure was pathetic. I'll never stay there again

Although the room was clean and the king size bed spacious even with the ac on its lowest setting the room was warm like they don't have insulation in the ceiling reqomend getting a bottom floor room unless you like it 75° while you sleep...

The room was super nice and nice to see nice white sheets, towels and Lord a clean white bathtub. It was nice to have coffee in the morning. My 4 day stay was peaceful and I didn't have to worry about noise. The pool area is beautiful. Ty Quality Inn my stay with you was great. Your Cleaning crew gets a 10⭐ from me. Room was super clean. This is where I'll be staying should I ever need a quiet getaway

Had to stay a bit longer than expected, but it's been fantastic. Our room faced HW 19 and had minimal road noise, I think we had 1 bug? But it's Florida, so that's to be expected.
Erica was absolutely amazing to work with this entire stay. Honestly, the whole staff was decent.

Rooms are disgustingly dirty. You question if they even clean the sheets or towels. Damaged items in the rooms before you even settle in. I'd rather pay double and stay elsewhere. Very trashy area. Did not enjoy my stay.
I will say it's very flashy for a quality inn though. But cleanliness and undamaged items is key.
