I have no complaints about the lab. Always quick & painless. The problem is calling the 833 number is a horror. Waiting for results and cannot get any info for a week. 40 min. Wait on the phone and more for info.

I recommend making an appointment. I did not have one and waited about 30 minutes, which was not bad. Once I was called in, they were fast and very friendly.

This Quest center is excellent in every sense. It’s conveniently located, clean, prompt service and all staff are superior.
Making an appointment is the way to go if you have to go on a regular basis. You will get called exactly on the time you arranged

I got there right at the time of my appointment; the waiting room was full. I was called in 2 minutes. Tech was fantastic professional and drawing the blood was totally painless.

Never had any issues here but I just tried to set an appointment over the phone and the computer is completely incompetent and can't understand your name was rather frustrating

Karen did a fantastic job drawing my blood. The nurses normally have a hard time finding a good spot or dig around in my arm to find a vein and she got it on the first time! Quick and easy (and panic-less). Thank you!

It's nice they are open on Saturday, it's easy to make an appointment, they take you in pretty quickly most of the time, this last time and the staff member I saw was really friendly and kind. I think her name was Barbara. Very sweet.

I made an online appt for 6:20 am. When I arrived my appointment was not in the system and the next available was one hour later.
