This place used to be a real deal for yourself car wash. This is the first time here after they re-did the bays. Now they raised the rates for self wash. Pretty much double what it was costing just a few months ago. The wax didn't even work. Don't bother coming there. You are better off going to tidal a few minutes down the road.

Used the self wash and the brush was not hung up on the rack thing so I hung it back up. When I was spraying my car with the pressure washer hose, the soap brush on the other side of the vehicle- on the wall rack came flying off and smashed into the hood up my car left massive slices out the paint. The reason it came off is because all of the brushes and tubes are attached to a giant swivel on the roof so when you pull on one item the others that are hung up get pulled on too. The paint chips are so deep you can see parts of the metal. I will be reaching out to the owner to see if maybe he is willing to pay for a paint correction. I guarantee he will be able to see this on his security footage or cameras. I am absolutely furious right now. Went here to wash my jeep now it has dents in the paint that should NOT be there

one vacuum doesn’t work, the other is very weak with little sucking power.

I used the self wash at this location and would not recommend. Hard water, very poor water pressure. Left vehicle spotty. The vacuum station worked really well, but overall would not use this car wash again.Would recommend the nearby Car Wash at 4724 Rowan Road instead.

I haven't been back here since the new takeover because I wasn't impressed with the wash itself with the old company. However, I went the other day and it did have a decent wash and I don't have much to complain about. I know car washes are popping up ever mile at this rate, but this is doable if in area.

Total rip off. You get very little time for your money on the hand wash here. Go anywhere else.
